I sat down, just minding my own business, and he approached me after the young woman came up and brought me water. I didn’t reject her bringing me water but when he walked up and told me, are you gonna get something to drink? I replied do I need to get something to drink to sit here? He said no, and also asked if I was a Mexican. I said, how did you know? He said it was because of my accent. I have no accent because I was born in the US. I went up later and requested a an espresso with the young lady barista. After I made my request with her, and she told me different sizes, the bearded white man walks up to me with a coffee that only has liquid on the bottom. I asked him is that it? Very hip cafe with clean modern aesthetic. Cold iced latte and iced matcha latte were actually excellent! It's not often I find a well made matcha latte to my liking but this one was. Their pastries are baked in house every day.

Kolor is a clean, minimalist, bright café in Akadimia. In addition to friendly service and pleasurable seating options (inside and outside), it offers very good cappuccino with oat milk. Compared to other cafés, the price is a little high and the plant milk costs extra. Sadly no vegan cake or biscuits was avalible.
