Service -Incredibly attentive, welcoming, and sincere. -i am pointing out the service because most places in Greece do not provide this detail and effort in communication.

Vibe -Classy yet down to earth -Stunning views -romantic -intimate

Food -ceviche -- was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. -Shri Drum (fish) -- best fish I've had in all of Greece. Im serious. It was delicate, moist, and melted in your mouth. Personally there was a lot of veg on the plate for my liking but I'm a meat/fish lover. -dry age steak -- beautifully cooked and delicious. -banoffe -- sigh I am dreaming about eating more . A little dense but I really loved it

I'd hate to compare.... But to help people navigate Ammoundi Bay/Oia restaurants I feel I must. Earlier for lunch we took the 300 step hike down to the Bay where we ate lunch. I was incredibly disappointed in the attitude and service but my husband and I continued to smile and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the food as wonderful.... The FISH was so dry and I had to add salt and pepper myself for flavor... I only mention this because the Fish at Aspa was so much better.

People!! go down to ammoundi for a drink or your daily workout but come up to ASPA for FOOD and an intimate sunset.

A True culinary delight...

Dining at Aspa Restaurant while watching the sunset was an absolutely sublime experience. While many restaurants boast great locations only to falter in their food and service quality, Aspa Restaurant excelled in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, the reception was incredibly welcoming, and the exceptional hospitality continued long after our meal. The dishes were not only delicious but also prepared with evident care and attention to detail. Each bite was a delight, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. Moreover, the friendly yet highly professional service provided by the restaurant staff truly enhanced our dining experience. Their attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel incredibly well-cared for. And of course, the sunset view was nothing short of spectacular, painting the sky with breathtaking colors and creating a truly romantic ambiance for our meal. Aspa Restaurant is undoubtedly a place I eagerly anticipate visiting again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking not only a meal with a stunning view but also exceptional food and heartwarming...

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and ate at Aspa for much of our trip. Here are our thoughts:

Service: 10/10 all of the staff are extremely attentive, kind, and make you feel very comfortable and taken care of!

Atmosphere: 10/10. Excellent sunset views, the poolside placement is beautiful, the sunlight in the evening is unobstructed and stunning. Feels very intimate and romantic.

Food (some highlights):

Quinoa with tuna: unreal. We ordered it nearly every day. Super fresh and light. amazing.

Asparagus: this dish is like the vegetable version of the ravioli. It’s got rich flavor and cream. Delicious.

Ravioli: similar to the asparagus, rich flavor.. every bite is like a journey to a far away land.

Greek salad: amazing. Tomatoes are so fresh and are a highlight. Flavorful and fresh.

Seafood risotto: seafood tastes fresh and has exquisite texture

Lemon tarte: you will be transported to the heavens and back. So light and fluffy like a cloud but packed with flavor.

Overall, highly recommend this restaurant. Truly...
