Prices are indeed reasonable for the location being right by Nyugati Rail Station, HUF 600.00 for a local Dreher beer on draft and HUF 600.00 for a shot of Unicum (Hungarian bitter herb liquor). On the downside though, staff (at least that one particular barmaid for that Monday afternoon) is terrible to the point of being outright rude. The concept of offering another sale, when the customer stares into the bottom of his empty beer glass, escapes her attention span totally. She proceeds to verbally scold you though when you opt to clean up the bar in front of yourself from empty glasses that other patrons had left on the bar about fifteen minutes before and you try to make a little spot for YOURSELF. It appeared that the presence of about two paying customers at a time was annoying her visibly. She must be a "great multitasker". They interfere with her chit-chatting with apparently off the clock, off duty colleagues, serving themselves coffee behind the bar, while chatting on Facebook on her phone also, happily discussing the highlights of the other off duty barmaid's recent trip to Coppenhagen Denmark. The third customers, a couple, decided to take their business elswhere to a local convenience store. They are loudly talking sh* about the two who (rightfully) decided to walk out. No regret whatsoever from the barmaids for the loss of a potential sale at all. I figure, there is no "profit sharing plan" in place here. The concept of a running tabs for customers is unknown. Cash only upfront. No card payments accepted. Bathrooms are terribly stinky and dirty. All in all, I decided to forget the concept of tipping here, while paying for my last drink order (HUF 1,200.00 in small change coins down to the last Forint. Do yourself a favor and try some place else. There are plenty to choose from nearby. I tried their "fine establishment" twice. That is "for the first and the last time"! Have a nice...

Nice place to drink with friends and play billiard and table football game or foosball. We enjoyed our time. Despite of that, today night at around 11:20 The service is poorly serve there upstairs area. The lady with long dark hair and black shirt is so rude. As I ordered my drink I was kindly ask her to change the broken glass she serve to me but she upset by doing it and rolling her eyes on me and she almost smashed the drink as she putting it down towards me. When I ask her with my friends that we wanted to play the table football game as our first time there we gave the money and she changed the same amount without explanation how we supposed to do know operate the game. Másodjára jártam itt társasággal, nagyon tetszik a romkocsma kinézet, alapvetően hangulatos. A szemeim kopogtak az éhségtől, úgyhogy rendelgem egy pizzát (kb 20 percet jósoltak), szerettem volna időben hazaindulni. A társaság többi része is rendelt időben utánam, de mindenki előbb kapott pizzát, mint én, ami kezdett bosszantani, morogtam magamban pár sort. Amikor a kiszolgáló hölgy az asztalnál járt, jelezte, hogy készül az én pizzám is, így kizártuk azt a lehetőséget, hogy elfelejtette. Az idő csak telt, már mindenki jól lakott én meg már bántam, hogy megelőlegezve adtam borravalót. Kerek egy óra után kaptuk kézhez a túlsütött pizzát. Bosszantó volt a helyzet, mert éhes is voltam, de már semelyik tagom nem kívánta a megkésett odaégett pizzát. Végül visszakértük az árát, amit meg is kaptunk, pusztán a kiszolgálás stílusa az, ami szerintem vállalhatatlan. A pultos nő közölte, hogy hallotta, hogy elégedetlenek vagyunk és hogy szerinte ez ehető (jelenetet rendezve felajánlotta a sorbanállók számára, hogy megehetik - ingyen mondjuk én is megettem volna, de nem 2100 forintért). Az egészben az a szomorú, hogy azért mentünk volna, hogy eltöltsünk egy kellemes estét a barátokkal, és végül bosszankodva, éhesen, rossz szájízzel távoztunk.
