Oh my freaking good. It’s so good I eat there at least 4 times a month. Finally an authentic fried chicken place (broasted chicken). It was freaking amazingggggg. The garlic sauce was straight up authentic. There is no garlic sauce above this one. The broast chicken was genuine. The skin was superrr crispy and the meat was superrr juicy. The French fry was amazing as well. My friend who doesn't eat French fries at all ate this French fries and kept eating it. It was that good. The shawarma was good. Shawarma could have had more meat. The pickles were super genuine and perfect as well. Coleslaw was sweet and perfect consistency. I can't really stop praising about this place. It hits perfectly. I will definitely come back. The people were super nice, especially the woman who works there. (Some extra points. Each extra sauce serving was about 600huf. They were kind enough to charge me for 1 sauce, where I ordered 2 sauces. The chickens had breadcrumb type coating. I think it would be even better if it was coated with flour, dipped in cold water, and then dipped and flour again and then fried. This should make the chicken even better in my opinion. Feel free to try. The chicken could have been juicier. It was definitely really good juicy. But I have had juicier chicken, so maybe try experimenting with the recipe. Apologies for this big message. But I really enjoyed the food, it brings back memories. 🫡 Forgot to mention. Everything here is halal)
Edit: I have been eating their broast for a long time. Onetime they mistakenly gave me rice instead of French fries with the broast. They were so nice and let us have the rice, and gave extra French fries on top of it. And sometimes they give free extra garlic sauce and bread. They are just the...
Read moreI was excited to see a new Arabic restaurant open and decided to give it a try, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. The food I received looked nothing like what was advertised- there was no sauce, no sides, and overall, it didn't match the pictures shown on Wolt or on Google. Thinking it might have been a mistake, I reached out to Wolt support, only to be told that the restaurant claimed everything (sauces) was packed as it should be and that sides should be ordered separately (not written on menu and picture shows different) which simply wasn't true. I had people over so the sides and sauce missing did make it difficult to share the food properly. It’s disheartening when businesses don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Many of us genuinely try to support local or new establishments, but experiences like this make it difficult to continue doing so. False advertising and poor customer service don’t just hurt your reputation—they make customers feel undervalued.
Sadly, I can't recommend this place based on my experience. You're better off spending your...
Read moreBeing from Egypt i miss the shawerma places on everycorner, passing by this one in the heart of Budapest, had no expectations as i was so sure i wont find the right blend i am used to, BUT to my surprise, i can say this was the best Syrian Shawerma i had in Budapest (competition between Tarboush , Mido, Laziza) , this one wins by being not oily sandwitch, amazig Toumia sause, fresh fries, chicken peices are clean and well cooked, hospitality was amazing, i love sitting on table in mid of the street enjoying the city vibe while eating my shawerma by end of long day, owner were super nice and friendly, the shawerma man was super caring asking about the feedback, even offered to refund all money if we dont like the taste (ofcourse after seeing the happiness in our eyes 😂)
In short, this is not a restraunt, this is shawerma shop (like arabic fast food style) if u have this expectation you will be very satisfied but dont look for fancy arabic dining(for that check byblos or...
