Wow! BAB is an amazing restaurant to have a meal at anytime. From the minute we walked in Peter (owner) welcomed us to BAB like he would welcome someone to his home. The menu has a wide range of food and drinks options that will appeal to a variety of people’s eating styles. The service was outstanding because the BAB Team was attentive but not intrusive to Frank and me enjoying our breakfast experience. We feel the restaurant size is perfect because it offers a personable visit. Frank & I highly recommend placing BAB on your “Must Eat” Budapest restaurant list. Thank you Peter and the BAB team for a fantastic dining occasion!!!

I must say that this place is a true hidden gem in Budapest! The food is fresh, the lemonade is one of the best I had in my life (it is made with fruits instead of syrup). And what I think it is the highlight of it all is the service! Peter is the owner and he has such a big positive vibes apart from being very kind and helpful, explained to us what we needed to know about the food and definitely made the difference in our experience there. If you want a great place, with great service and fresh food, this is the place to go!

Stopped off here for Brunch. Was immediately welcomed by the friendliest staff I’ve ever met! I had the salmon Bagel which was unreal, super smoky salmon which I love! my partner regrets not getting it but he very much enjoyed his Avocado eggs with Serrano ham. I’d highly recommend their homemade lemonade. I had their Strawberry Lemonade with my food and we got their blueberry lemonade to go and it was also incredible. Will definitely come back here on my next trip to Budapest! Xx
