I stumbled into Bruno’s Café on a recent visit to Bengaluru, not expecting much — but wow, what a delicious surprise. The stuffed paratha was the kind of warm, flavour-packed goodness that makes you slow down and savour every bite. Crispy on the outside, perfectly spiced inside. Basically, edible therapy.

And the cappuccino? Smooth, strong, with just the right kick to fuel the rest of my day without feeling overly bitter or burnt (a rare win in most cafés). You can tell they care about the craft, not just the caffeine.

The vibe inside is cozy without trying too hard. Friendly staff, clean space, and a kind of quiet charm that makes you want to linger a little longer — whether you’re working, reading, or just watching the world go by.

I decided to try Bruno’s since it was new, and while the place looks aesthetically pleasing, the service was disappointingly slow. It took a long time to receive our order, and there was only one chef, which meant a typical wait time of around 45 minutes. The steak was decent, but the flavored rice that came with it tasted old.

We ordered aglio olio pasta, but it was simply covered in pepper powder. When we asked the waiter about it, he dismissively said, “That’s how it is.” Only after I firmly pointed out that I had tried the dish at multiple places did they agree to fix it.

Overall, the poor service and food quality make this a place I wouldn’t recommend. They seriously need to improve their customer service before...

Had an amazing dining experience at BRUNO S ! The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish we tried had authentic flavors and was beautifully presented. From the starters to the desserts, everything was top-notch. service was exceptional — attentive, polite, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended some great dishes and ensured we were comfortable throughout. It’s rare to find such hospitality these days.
