#KaraokeEveryTuesday at Hyde, a Casual Dining restaurant located at Currimjee Building, Fort, South Mumbai.

The place has a brightly lit interior and an upbeat and cheery ambience. Hyde offers a brief menu serving a mix of Continental and North Indian delicacies along with an expansive range of spirits and drinks to enjoy. Hyde is a party destination and is for the young crowd to chill and kick back. The restaurant offers bespoke cocktails, eclectic cuisine in a high energy ambience.

Clearly, aimed at the office going crowd in town, this bar has got one thing right — an unattended bar, which happens to be a take on the honesty bar concept and is a conversation starter. The idea is to leave an unattended bar for patrons to sample a tipple of their choice from a fine selection of spirits, leaving it up to the customer to be honest about their consumption and to pay the amount due.

What we were served: Chettinad Cottage Cheese, Cheese Chilli Naan, Cheese stuffed Onion Rings, Paneer Tikka Masala with Naan, Dessert of the Day – Chocolate Mousse and Irish Man

Chettinad Cottage Cheese - Known for its flavours, spice and aroma, cottage cheese cooked in a gravy made with mustard seeds, urad daal, curry leaves, onions, tomatoes and a freshly chettinad paste is a spicy appetizer to start with!

Cheese Chilli Naan – Handy mini sized naans stuffed with cheese and chopped chillies is every cocktail party appetizer!

Cheese stuffed Onion Rings - Thick cut onion rings that are extra crunchy and flavorful and stuffed with cheese. Best appetizer ever!

Paneer Tikka Masala with Naan - a popular dish of grilled paneer in spicy onion tomato gravy - extremely delicious, saucy and luscious in every bite.

Chocolate Mousse - It's the perfect pick-me-up, especially if you're into chocolate, and let's face it, who isn't? - decadent, airy and intensely chocolatey

Irish Man – If you love Guinness, you better not miss this one. Coffee infused Irish whiskey, malt syrup, peat mist and chocolate bitters form the spirit of the night!

The name of the place is Hyde as it's a hidden gem in kala ghoda.But not to miss if you are a party person. Interiors are simple and classy and the main attraction is the bar which you could not miss..The brand you name it and you have it.Almost everything displayed which you can't see in most of the other bars. . Also the first bar in mumbai which is called the honesty bar in a small corner you can have drink and rating is on you.Like you can pay for the drink on the basis of how much you like it fair/good/excellent.. . 1. Appetizers: Chetinad paneer - A very descent taste very unique and a must try. Mushroom on sago chips (Highly recommended)- I don't each mushroom but this is a must have and really felt like I dint eat as the flavours were too strongly mixed with mushroom and served on sabudana round puri which is called sago chips. Spinach and corn cheese balls - very nicely made with balance of everything served with schezwan chutney. In mains we had Veg makhni wrap - Which was full of paneer and makhni gravy rolled in a butter naan. Veg soya kheema pao - Gravy full of -Spices not to spicy a regular one is not to miss if you come here. Food everything is worth trying. Nothing u find is okayish. Drinks here are not to miss .
