Staff has no clue about the offers running. The posters say "call on XXX for offers" and i received an offer stating Use checkin ID 635007 while billing to get brownie free on bill of Rs 300 valid till 7th April'16. On our bill dated 25th Jan'16 bill no. F-164 of Rs 489 when we wanted to avail the offer, the first attendant said there is no such offer, the second attendant said that the offer was only till diwali, we showed the offer SMS received with validity to which he sent the manager who came in & confirmed that the offer is only available for take aways..... which is not mentioned anywhere on the SMS. These promotions are very misleading and unethical to motivate customers to make a bill of above Rs 300..... Our 6th visit in a span of two months has given us a very bad taste of customer service at your BKC outlet, earlier on one occasion we were billed but the product was not delivered in our take away only after 24hrs there was happy realization from your end & we had to walk down again to collect the product.......... PATHETIC...

Super economical and much loved outlet Theobroma tempted us to try out the breakfast selection off the menu. Of course, no breakfast is complete without Eggs Benedict! Not the best we’ve had so far but the eggs were poached well, though the sauce was too thick and rather bland. We also called for Eggs Kejriwal which tasted a notch better than the benedict, muffin buns layered with cheese and topped with fried eggs cooked to perfection. Even with this dish, seasoning lacked. We couldn’t resist but order a Mushroom Cheese Quiche along with Cookie Milkshake and both these side dishes were stars as compared to the mains. The milkshake was chocolaty, velvety with brownie crumbles and the quiche was delicious with bits of mushrooms coated in creamy white sauce.
