Yen is literally like a breath of fresh air. This place screams party ! You would really love to spend your rupee at Yen. The ambience is really amazing and the music is just too good. The DJ really knows how to hit the right notes. Couple that with some exotic and delicious food and you have an entire party package. I'd also like to point out that food is not only delicious but also healthier than most I have eaten. The staff there is extremely courteous and I'd say the vibes are definitely crazy on the weekend.

We began our night with a cocktail and a mocktail just to keep things in perspective. Sun's out Gun's out - I don't think they can come up with a cooler name than this! This cocktail is whiskey based mixed with cranberry juice, orange liqueur and topped off with some fresh basil. A real mixture of goodness and is strong enough to take you through the night.

Amazing Auckland - An excellent suggestion by a server Mangesh! A delicious blend of Kiwi, cream and mango ,this mocktail will really freshen you up. If you have a sweet truth I would definitely recommend this mocktail.

We did a couple of starters as well which were not just appetizing but to my surprise they actually looked and tasted healthy. 10/10 for the presentation.

Vietnamese Paper roll chicken - This was a real exotic looking well presented dish. How often can you go to a party place and say the food is healthy? Well Yen has knocked it out of the park with this dish! I'd definitely recommend this if you are looking for healthy options.

Chicken Spinach Phyllos - Yet another uniquely presented and delicious dish. You've got one more healthy but tasty option on your hands if you try this dish. The baked harrisa dip really adds some good flavour to it.

We also did a couple of dishes for our maincourse - Chicken Parmiagiana with garlic mushrooms and Italian rice - This dish consists of some mouthwatering stuffed chicken which has spicy tomato sauce on it which adds to the flavour. All in all this is a really wholesome dish.

Grilled chicken with veggies and mashed potatoes - You really cannot go wrong with this dish but I must stress on the good quantity of the dish and the quality of meat. Another healthy option dished out by yen.

Chocolate coconut mousse - We ended our night with this one of a kind dessert. This creamy, dreamy, light-as-air chocolate mousse is the perfect 'SWEET ENDING' to an appetizing dinner. The desicated coconut spread all over the mousse enhances its taste further.

Yen at Mumbai, in the streets of Fort, Churchgate is winning hearts. We were were to enjoy an amazing dinner and I am really happy with the overall experience. The vibe of the place is amazing and definitely the service is on point. We were hosted by Shardul, firstly he was super attentive and had good knowledge about the menu. Helped us choose amazing drinks and food according to our mood. • Sin @ Yen - Whisky, green apple & cinnamon. A drink for all the whisky lovers out there. The bitter sweet tasty the overall drink gets is absolutely amazing. The smoked cinnamon was cherry on top and bought a lot flavours. • Return of the apes - Vodka and fresh pineapple with a sprinkle of pepper. A drink on the sweeter side with mild taste. The sweetness of the apple and the hint of pepper went well and overall the drink was amazing. • Vietnamese Chicken Paper Roll - Rice paper rolls with fresh lettuce sprouts, carrtos, herbs, Cucumber, beet. Served cold this one was a burst of flavour. The roll dipped in the sweet chilli oil bought more flavours to the overall dish and it was so delicious. • Chicken Spinach Phyllos - Phyllo sheets stuffed with garlic sauted spinach, chicken and cheese, baked harissa dip. Crispy, perfectly cooked chicken and spinach. The spinach, chicken and cheese combination went perfectly overall and the harissa dip just gave the overall dish more flavours. • Green Chicken Thai Curry with Steamed Rice - Absolutely delicious thai curry cooked with coconut milk. With the perfect balance of sweetness and spices this was an amazing dish. • Chicken Parmiagiana with garlic mushrooms and italian rice - The chicken breast was absolutely delicious. The sides which came along that is the mushrooms and salad make the dish truly wholesome and definitely worth a try. • Coconut Chocolate Mousse - One of the best mousse I had in recent times. The combination of chocolate and coconut never disappoints and this one was executed...

Let’s begin with a fact that we’re two European females.. who been welcomed without any comments besides an offer for jegerbomb on the house, which we declined too, however they never mentioned we can only pay by American Express Card or cash, not even once!!! We stat at the table ordered the food and a bottle of wine, then ordered more wine, but the staff behaved extra suspicious. Once we asked for the bill: they started harassing us saying none of our Platnium cards working (which we preciously used in Asilo, Dome, St Regis hotel in Mumbai and had 0 issues). They literally forced us two young women to go through an unlit and dirty Mumbai streets after midnight to take out cash without supervision or formal receipts, on top of that homeless people being on streets. They literally couldn’t find a way to take the payment so they forced to go outside and terrified us! We extremely sure you don’t want to be a female walking with a credit card on a darkest valley of Mumbai after midnight. We immediately asked to call the police and they declined, they also haven’t had an alternative for us to pay when offered 6 different card payments to be made. Once we took out cash they left us without the receipt, we had to demand one! We’re terrified to hell, shocked and scared. Please avoid this place, they even harass Indian people, no matter the religion or nationality.. because I asked for the water bottle to be given to a girl at a table where she needed it, because she seem super drunk, they declined and said she just to drunk to respond and I shouldn’t worry about it, so just let her be’.. The experience it self was amazing (because of the DJ and music) even though the club just had two other tables taken, but the staff treated us the worse post dining service! How can you harass someone like this! If you’re a foreigner, avoid this places...
