Had the worst experience at this restaurant. Service was the horrible. Had craving for SASHIMI; ordered the 10 piece assorted sashimi, together with udon soup, pork tonkatsu rice, salmon teriyaki, and garlic fried rice for parents and toddler son. Finished feeding my son, parents finished their meal, sashimi has not arrived. Asked one of the female servers; without properly checking, she said it’s on the way. 15mins passed by, I asked the male server; turned out my SASHIMI WAS NOT INPUTTED to the system and he inputted it. Another 15mins passed by; I went to the cashier and told them to cancel if it’s not yet prepared. Turned out my sashimi WAS NOT INPUTTED FOR THE 2nd TIME. Got my bill, settled, and left with total dissapointment. Never will I ever come back to this restaurant ever. Ohh TASTE WISE WAS MEDIOCRE. PORK TONKATSU WAS HARD AS RUBBER; UDON WAS TASTLESS; TERIYAKI SALMON WAS NOTHING BUT SALTY. WORST HOTEL MEAL...
