4Friends Burger & Pizza — Restaurant in Dublin

To be honest, I was quite disappointed with the "Say Cheese" burger.

This is my second time ordering and the first time was amazing. However this time , we ordered the same burger, 2 "Say Cheese" burgers with an extra patty... they overcooked the patties and the burger was really dry, so you can imagine how hard it is to eat a 2 overcooked and dry patties burger...

The ingredients in it ("delicious layer of blue cheese, rockets and mayonnaise topping") were rather scarce... you can tell they did not pay attention to the making of this burger, I had to put my own mayonnaise to try to balance the dryness of it and the scarcity of their own...

I had tried this burger in their restaurant in Clanbrassil before and I was great... that is how I can compare the quality and state that the price we paid for what we got was quite ridiculous.

I waited 3 HOURS for a pizza and it was never delivered. During this time, I repeatedly called to understand what was happening, and each time the staff LIED about the status, saying the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes, then claiming it was out for delivery. After 3 hours, I called to cancel the order and requested a refund. This experience was extremely disrespectful. I understand that unpredictable things can happen, but I am very frustrated with how they handled the situation. They should have addressed the issue differently, not lied to customers, and either canceled the order themselves with an apology or offered the food for free after 3 hours of waiting since I was literally calling to cancel the order.
