I recently visited Bell Burritos on Wexford Street in Dublin, a place that's been on my radar for its Mexican fare. The food was a delightful journey, but there were areas where the experience could be enhanced.

The Burrito and Quesadilla: My build-your-own burrito was filled with a flavorful mix of rice, beans, and filling, wrapped in a fresh tortilla. The quesadilla, on the other hand, was a cheesy delight with the perfect blend of crispiness and gooeyness. Both dishes were satisfying and well-prepared.

Ambiance and Music: While the food transported me to Mexico, the ambiance didn't quite match up. The absence of Mexican music was noticeable. A touch of traditional or contemporary Mexican tunes would have elevated the dining experience, infusing more of the vibrant culture that the cuisine represents.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: The floor, though clean, could use a fresh coat of paint to enhance the overall look of the place. Additionally, attention to the restroom facilities is needed. The toilet required repairs, which is essential for ensuring a comfortable and complete dining experience for customers.

Service: The staff were friendly and efficient, contributing positively to the overall experience.

Overall: Bell Burritos offers delicious Mexican cuisine with a wonderful build-your-own option. However, the dining experience could be greatly improved by incorporating Mexican music, sprucing up the decor, and attending to restroom maintenance. These changes would make Bell Burritos not just a place for great food, but a holistic and immersive Mexican...

DONT COME NEAR THIS PLACE!!!!

It was so disappointing and unbelievably unorganised. The food wasn't too bad. Chicken wings were chewy. Didn't have chips after me paying for them and was offered these horrible huge plastic tasting "wedges" I was told there was no other alternative. I got 2 meals and was only given 1 portion of these wedges as i apparently can only get 2 toppings per pizza after an Asian woman had told me 4 was allowed. The other guy working there was so badly mannered and had no customer service skills at all. He then gave me a total of 4 of these wedges in the new box after being so rude, disrespectful and just let the whole place down.

They claim to have food ready in 3 mins! Meanwhile I was waiting 25 for my disgusting order which I didn't receive drinks with after realising when I got home.

I would never ever step foot near here again!

This needs...

Was there last night and I’m so disappointed bc the food was good but the man who served me was absolutely rude. I took a little bit longer to decide but I was standing in a corner and the rest could definitely order but he was like shouting NEXT NEXT but it was clear that nobody was ready to order since they were still deciding. When I decided i went back to the queue and once I started he’s desperate to finish, I was still saying my order and he was trying to charge me before I even ordered my soft drinks. I know was late (around 1 am) but was open and it says they said they close at 4, so I don’t see the point. And I also wasn’t even drunk since I’m taking pills. I took the option to build my pizza, he charge me 1€ extra for olives that he never put it on the pizza, I also asked for tomatoes and he literally said there’s tomato on the...

Paid €8.50 for the smallest burrito bowl I have ever seen. There was a half a spoon of rice and when I asked him was that it, he said, there’s all that stuff too, pointing at guacamole etc. he asked what else I wanted and said I could pick 4. Then told me the guacamole would be an extra. I said that was fine, he put a tiny bit of guacamole on it. The total was €11.10 and it only looked decent due to the load of lettuce that was thrown on top of it. Very disappointing, will go elsewhere in future.
