Just got up and walked out of this restaurant and it’s a pity. I’ve eaten here loads of times as i work about 100metres away. Today i ordered one dish at 1.25 for lunch the second i was shown to my table, as i only had a half an hour break, which is plenty of time as Japanese cuisine is usually very quick, and every other time i’ve had lunch here has been. I was brought miso soup within a couple of minutes. Then about 20 mins had passed, people around me who had arrived after me were being served their food. One of the waitresses walked toward my table, saw me, then U-turned back toward the reception area. It was obvious they’d forgotten my order or messed it up. There was no effort by any staff to update me on the food, even though many had passed my table and saw me sit there ages without food. At 1.55 I had to get up and call it a day. I explained on my way out to members of staff that i had ordered 30 minutes ago, that the couple beside me had arrived about 12-15 mins ago and had both been served their lunch. To my amazement they just stared at me, no words, no apology, no explanation, just nothing, and let me walk out the door. I wont be back and its a shame, because its right beside work and the food is good. Unfortunately the bad service is enough to keep me away...

The photo doesn't do it justice. I ordered: California norimaki, Futomaki Tempura roll, Rainbow Roll Futomaki and roast duck and mango salad. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly edible the next day, the portions were enormous (especially the tempura roll) and very filling and the speed at which it was delivered was impressive.

I've eaten at their restaurant back before the pandemic and I liked it even then, but now their takeaway options are a wonderful surprise. They left me very satisfied!

The whole lot cost me €50 but frankly, it's worth every penny considering quality of food, freshness and especially portion size. If you've got a modest appetite, I suggest you split an order like this between four persons... But the mango duck salad will be snapped up, that's for sure! Looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu.

I've still got a tray of the stuff in my fridge. I'm eating sushi breakfast lunch and dinner for two whole days but I don't care. It's healthy, it's safe, it's delicious and it makes a nice change from pizzas...

Food was great , I ordered the chicken ramen and found the chicken and pork pieces to be quite hard and rubbery but the broth was nice . Staff were helpful , I didn't like the tuna and sushi that I ordered , I found it to be a bit stale but the salmon sushi was great . The Japanese green tea was amazing . I'd recommend this place to others but wish the chicken ramen was better . Edit: Visited the restaurant a 2nd time and wasn't disappointed. I loved the Yasai cha han I ordered and will order it next time as well. Service and restaurant ambience was great Edit 2: Food was good , service quality was great , I found it a bit overpriced tbh with the house chahan costing 16 euro which even with inflation is quite expensive. Other than that I'd definitely recommend the restaurant
