Disappointing experience.

I ordered the Middle Eastern Chicken Salad Bowl and was extremely let down by the delivery. Not only did my order arrive late, but the packaging was completely torn and leaking when I received it. As you can see in the photos, the container was damaged and the food was spilling out.

To make matters worse, the delivery driver refused to help properly. He just told me to “make order help” in the app and said he had to rush to deliver another order. This is completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

I paid for a fresh, well-packed meal, but received a mess that was inedible. The overall experience—from the delay to the poor handling and dismissive response—was very disappointing.

I expect better service, accountability from the driver, and proper packaging that can survive the journey. Please address this...

It’s getting worse and worse, the portions are getting smaller. When you take it with you, they always close the lid poorly, there is a lot of dressing and the salad always leaks and becomes very wet.

Today I was absolutely horrified by the food - the salad was so peppery and spicy that it was impossible to eat and had to be thrown away. Also I was ordering guacabowl but the staff member messed up the recipe and I got mixed ingredients!!! -like I had mushrooms but didn’t have feta, quinoa, no broccoli and red apple.

In addition, I didn’t like how a man from the staff in a dirty was choosing a salad for himself and pulled his hands out behind the glass fence (that was specifically did for hygienic reason) and pointed with his fingers at the ingredients what he wanted, almost touching...

It's been 2 months i've come from London to Dublin and i had the pleasure of take away from Sprout & Co, and I must say, their food is astoundingly amazing! Every dish bursts with flavor and showcases the freshness of each and every ingredient. Having tried multiple restaurants throughout my life, i can say Sprout & Co is one of the best restaurants in the world. Their middetearanean and bombay bowl is to die for! 🫶🏼✨ You can truly taste the care and dedication they put into sourcing and preparing their meals. From vibrant salads to hearty bowls, everything is crafted to perfection, making it a go-to spot for anyone looking for healthy, delicious, and sustainable food options.
