I just want to thank the staff for being very polite before I attend to bash the establishment for a number of things. (This is the only reason why it got two stars instead of one).
Arrived at 7:00PM, greeted by every member of staff which were extremely welcoming. Myself and the girlfriend were escorted to our seats. After 5 minutes, the waiter asked us for the drink order before he checked back for the food order. We waited 45 minutes to receive four drinks... After 10/20 minutes of ordering, everyone around us had gotten their drink order so we were a bit puzzled but brushed it off since we ordered cocktails and not pints like most. We asked twice after this where the drinks were. Anyway, we got the drinks in the end and the staff extensively apologized, even explaining that we would get the cocktails we originally ordered for free due to the delay. (But I'll get back to this later).
Food arrived, looked amazing. But was extremely cold other than the burger I ordered and even that was barely warm. I knew it would of been beautiful if it wasn't cold which annoyed me even further.
I didn't even mention this to the staff because I never want to be "that customer", I just thought they were busy and we were advised previously of a "new billing/docking system" because of the drink delay at the start.
Finally wrapping up the nights, behold the drinks originally promised free were included in the bill. I already had a fair bit to the drink at this point and arguments with alcohol never mix. So I didn't even bother saying anything. Over €200.00 spent mainly for drinks and I left being disappointed as a whole. Thankfully the place attracts nice people, that's a big upside.
I won't return here or will I recommend it, even given the circumstances that things aren't "Normal" at the moment but the sheer lack of attention and efficiency among staff is laughable at most. I still had a good time and would recommend a group to go here for drinks. But anything outside of that avoid at all costs.
Response to the owner: Thanks for the response and I greatly appreciate the continuous apology. Unfortunately, I won't be making contact and I hope your business does well in the future - as mentioned I don't want to be "that customer" and the thoughts of making contact and receiving some form of free drink/food makes me cringe (I'm still young after all). Maybe myself and the girlfriend were there on a bad night, but the experience turned me off visiting again. Regardless I hope everyone there is keeping safe. Again, thanks for the return...
Read moreWent here as it was close to the Laughter Lounge and we wanted food first. Would have saved time walking to Amiens street for food it took so long to be served, 50 minutes waiting on the last time check. When it did come 5 of the 6 orders were wrong, we all had to try eat quick and couldn't enjoy the food. And not only as we had to try stuff it into us but because some of it was barely warm let alone hot. Then they tried to charge us for some food we sent back as the order was wrong. Complete shitshow to say the least, won't darken their doorway again if it was for free. Like a lot of places lately, the prices are the same or gone up and the quality is on the floor. Save your money and go somewhere the orders are right, in time and the food is actually hot.
Edit: the drinks also took about 20min, mostly in bottles so there wasn't much to prep.

Appreciate the offer but to be fair it's a lot of effort / organising to get out these days. That was part of the reason our recent visit was so disappointing. Babysitters/dogs/some people travelling etc. But thanks for the response...

Was told I didn’t need to pay now but I explained I was going to a movie after so might be in a rush. After 35 minutes I asked a server if they could check on our food. Turns out our food was never put through, at this point the girl who took our order came to the table and asked us did we want her to put the order through or just get a refund, didn’t seem too bother either way. She processed my refund as we had to be at a movie in 10 minutes, whilst doing a nice dance, not a care in the world.
