We went a group of us today, at around 1pm, we were about 20 people , we ordered coffee and Cappuccino's first and we were waiting for about an hour, after an hour most of us wanted to walk away but the waiter came with a couple of cappuccino, and unfortunately throw one mocha on top of one of my friends ruining the shirt and the trousers and a jacket. There was a little apology and we continued to wait for another half an hour to the rest of the drinks. We wanted to have something to eat but we were very unhappy and we walked away. I don't think any of us will walk in this restaurant again. The service was really bad. the hot drinks were overpriced. The thing that most upset everyone in the group, there was no apology, no even an attempt to offer a compensation for the damage of the shirt ruined. What a shame for a restaurant...

We went there with a group of friends and were told to not sit in the restaurant part but in the bar part instead. Why? No idea, the restaurant was half empty. The waitress tells us we'll be able to order from the same menu, so whatever. Then, we wait about 15min just to get a menu and, obviously, it is not the restaurant menu and when we ask the new waiter about it he just dismisses us with a bunch of very apathetic 'I don't know. I don't know.' So, we move, once again, to the restaurant part, the same waiter comes to bring our drinks and spills beer on one of my friend....not off to a good start. For a place that fancy, you'd expect better... At least the food was decent and the young woman doing the service in the...

It has gone definitly gone downhill. The service was bad. The Food was not good and despite telling the waitress at the beginning what sweet we would like when it came to that course the particular item was no longer available. I have dined here very often but I will not be eating here again. There was a lack of staff, one person behind the bar who was very slow. When we first arrived we waited ages for a cup of coffee and a glass of wine. I will add that the waitress was pleasant so to me the problem is down to bad management. I would add I live in Dublin but when I have people visiting from abroad I would usually either bring them in for drinks and a meal or reccomend Toddys but after last night...

Upon arrival we're greeted by a sign requesting us to wait until we're assigned a table. It was very quiet inside yet we still had to wait five minutes until we were greeted and assigned a table. The table we got seated at was right next to some kind of cleaning corner with cleaning chemicals and a dirty rag, not exactly an appetizing sight. The sandwiches were pretty good albeit expensive for the size, the chips were luke warm at most and not enjoyable at all. When asked if we'd like to finish lunch with coffee and declined, we were met by the server with a look of disappointment or disagreement. Would not recommend.

I had chicken supreme and i need to say it was really good! I liked the presentation and my friend had the aged cheeseburger which was delicious as he said. It is a quiet place for whom want to get out of crowd of city and have lunch/dinner in peace. It also has a nice city view.

I’ve been there 2 times for dinner. Ordered fish and chips with cod, and slow cooked short ribs. They are thoroughly prepared, taste really nice. The staffs were friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends who visit Dublin.
