Meet Poké — Restaurant in Florence

I ordered 2 poké bowls from this place and was quite disappointed with the customer service when I went to collect them. There was a mistake (not at all my fault) and one of my bowls was incorrectly made. Instead of just telling me this the person at the counter started speaking quite harshly at someone in the kitchen, then she called someone (presumably the person who made the mistake) and yelled at them for about 7 minutes. I just stood awkwardly at the counter and waited since she was really mad. She then grabbed a bowl and stormed into the kitchen and when she came back she started angrily throwing toppings into it. She didn't drain any of the toppings and didn't add any sauce to the bowl. This is what was served to me. In the end I got 1 delicious poké bowl and 1 bland and soggy poké bowl. I was really looking forward to trying this place out and after this first experience I don't think I'll go back especially since the issue could have been resolved easily by just telling me. I would have taken the wrong poké bowl and paid the difference if necessary since I usually am not too bothered by this kind of thing. Absolutely delicious! I do not live in Firenze so I was not sure where to order my dinner, but this place was a win win: very good taste and good quality-price ratio. The big plate was big enough for me, almost too much! Thank u and keep on doing the food...

Allora io conosco meet poke da molti mesi e pensò seriamente di aver acquistato una quantità infinita di poke, sia da sola sia con amici. Il problema è che le porzioni sono diventate man mano sempre più piccole e le proteine sono pochissime. prima nelle poke se uno metteva solo salmone e verdure varie, ti ritrovavi almeno metà poke con il salmone (e direi anche), adesso invece no, anzi il contrario, solo verdure e no proteine. la cosa divertente è che anche il prezzo è aumentato ma la quantità è scesa.. onestamente sta diventando anche imbarazzante comprare una poke con salmone e avocado e trovarla mezza vuota specialmente anche per il fatto che con la consegna a casa (ad esempio da glovo) costa ben 16€, che potrei benissimo...
