A glass shard in my wife’s muffin is no joke. She could’ve been seriously injured. Hope you will not try to deny it, I kept both the muffin and the shard and can present it both to you and send it for an expertise. It’s really messed up guys. I’ve had pleasant experience in your cafe on several occasions before, on February 18 around 19:30-19:45 I came and bought some packaged cakes in your shop and 3 muffins in your cafe, two chocolate and one raspberry for breakfast for the next day, and look at this, get real. My wife took a bite and this thing hurt her mouth. Nothing life threatening, thank god, but it small enough and could’ve been swallowed unnoticed. Gelato is the bomb, but this is ridiculous, I don’t feel like coming to you anymore. And frankly a little bit worried about the prepackaged stuff I’ve purchased. And don’t take this review down. I want you to do better and people...

They scam you for the service price. I have gotten affogato and the first cashier asked for it just 1,30 €+ 1,0 €. I took it by myself and sat at the table. After this one I wanted to take another one and this time I paid 5€, I paid extra money for waiter bringing me my order, but I ordered it at cassa by myself and he just charged me the service fee without notifying about it. I mean I was already at the table, and it was me who went to him to make an order and I paid exactly at the cassa and he just charged me this money for him bringing me stuff while I was okey to bring it by myself. You don’t think about clients you just want to scam them. Shame on you! I wouldn’t come back here. Why 2 different waiters are charging the same order in a different way? Are we in Naples or in Milan?...

Rectification... I wrote the review. And I do stand on my points. However, at the end when I went to pay, they had a net issue and couldn't accept card payment. As I didn't have any cash, so the waiter at the counter said I could leave without paying as it was their fault. I was very surprised. This was first time when a place said we could leave without paying as it wasn't my fault. This was a very big gesture from the cafe's part and I must recognise it. Thank you very much for your generosity.

A decent place. We had gelato which was average. Service was poor because the place was busy and there were less staff....
