We ordered 6pcs chicken bucket for takeout. We only check it when we arrived at home. Husband was so disappointed coz it's all drumsticks (leg part) what's more disappointing was I ordered a single mango sundae for takeout. It's a separate order from the chicken bucket. With other fast food restaurants specifically mc donalds, it will take only 2 to 3 mins max for a single sundae and a regular fries to be served. So I was really confused why I had to wait for about 20 mins for a single sundae. I even had to ask one of the crew if I can already have my order as it's only a sundae.
Another story was a few months already. I don't know if it's still the case there but it says that Jollibee closed at 10pm, we tried many times before to eat there at around 9.20 pm. Crews/staffs always tells us that they can cater for takeouts only as it's about closing time. So we did take outs but the last 2 times we tried to buy chicken joy already anticipating it will be for takeout they told us they don't have fried chicken anymore. I mean at 9.20? If the staffs need to be clock out at exactly 10pm then they should adjust the closing time. Just close at 9pm? So staffs can clean and close the restaurant properly without the hassle of still serving clients.
I can definitely give chances for unsatisfactory service but if the quality of service keeps on declining I think the management must do something. So please Jollibee Milan do something about the service. I noticed that I wasn't the only patron who wasn't smiling anymore while waiting...
Read moreI love Jollibee and I miss Philippines a lot. My favourite fast food restaurant out there was Jollibee (back in the Philippines) so I went ahead to try the Jollibee in Europe! My fiance and I were super excited as we missed the taste and many pinoys who dined there mentioned "it's tastes just like home".... But I was so disappointed to find it, it was not the case :( The chicken had less meat and more of the flour fired layered and without that dipping sauce... it was not that appetizing for me. So I agreed to other review who done a take away to share the delicious Jollibee dishes with his/her friend but end up disappointed with the taste.
When it's busy the Filipina staff will be at the door to check your green pass, then say it will be 40min wait (it's standard and I read this fact on review). I had an impression that she kind of helped more to her fellow Filipinos (her attitude changed when I start speaking Tagalog to her) since there are touch screen order by the entrance (three) and other three at other side but she only told to those people who came after us that there were touch screen order available in next room. Well, I don't blame her for doing that as it's common.

Read moreI usually don't write reviews, but I feel like this had to be done in order for the crew to be more careful next time and so that it won't happen to anyone else. I'm not from Milan, but usually, every time I'm nearby, I pass by the restaurant to dine-in or, most of the time, take out. Today, i passed by and ordered take-out, 6 yumburgers with cheese and a chicken burger. As a normal person, I think, would do, I'd just checked whether everything was in the bag, and as I had seen that all items were there, I just left the restaurant without any issue. But once i had started to unwrap one of the yumburgers to eat it, i saw there wasn't any patty, and so i checked every burger, and only 3 out 6 of the yumburgers had patties. Unfortunately, i couldn't go back to the restaurant because i had already left the city, since I'm not a local, but also I don't think that I should have had to unwrap every single item, just to make sure that nothing was missing. It's my first time experiencing this type of problem, I've always trusted the restaurant, but I also don't like wasting money.
