The only notable thing about this place is the location/atmosphere, which is pleasant.

The staff, although friendly, were a little lost. I ordered a pizza that was given to the wrong table. It stayed there for about 5 minutes before the customers at that table were able to get the attention of the waiter to inform him it wasn’t theirs. I then observed him take it from their table and bring it inside, wait like 10 seconds, and then bring it out to me as if it didn’t sit outside for 5 minutes. I called him out on it but he just laughed.

Food was unfortunately the worst my wife and I had in Italy. Wifey had the seafood risotto. There was one shrimp and “sandy muscles” as she describes whatever that means. It was also frozen and microwaved, but in their defence it was written on the menu that it was frozen. I had an anchovies pizza. The toppings were fine, but the dough was the same consistency as a cheap American...

Nice place but it has some things to keep in mind. First off. The staff is very friendly. We we're quickly welcomed and they gave us ample of time to chose something of the menu. Once ordered we didn't had to wait long for our food to arrive. The food though is what I could describe as bistro food... The pizza look like it came from a package bought in a shop and heated Inna microwave... Although they did their best to make it a bit more than that. I ordered a pizza pesto... And the pesto was at the right amount I expected. So that compensates a bit. I read the previous reviews about the boss being less than Courtois towards non-Italians. I had not to deal with him so I cannot judge that. The prices are a bit higher than average... So for what you get it's too expensive. If you really want a stellar pizza... Go to pizzeria Kepris. It's in the same city and...

Food ok but I had many better meals in Riomaggiore, pasta a little dry is some parts and bad service. Waitress unpolite and rude. I got there with a beer and a snack that I bought in the place in front, but anyway I ordered a dish and wine since I was sitting there, just wanted to eat something they didnt offer since my friend wanted to eat there. The waitress made a scandal, as if I was comiting a crime of bringing something else to the restaurant. If it’s not allowed she could POLITELY said “miss, sorry but you cant bring food here, could you finish outside please?” But no, she screamed at me saying it is not ok to do that in Italy and wouldn’t come when we called her for service, really like a child that was mad.
