This was over priced garbage! I cannot believe the audacity that this chef/hotel has to charge the amount they do for less than quality. Reading these reviews and the bars rating; I'm curious if their taste buds quit working once they saw the view from up top? Were they stunned by the white table clothes and the wait staff in nice attire? Other than that this bar is a waste of time and money. I got a glass of house white wine a Ceasars salad, and a tuna and tomato sandwich. Sounds simple right? Apparently not. The dressing on the Ceasars salad, had no flavor and was more like mayonnaise, and they had chicken on there that seemed like rotisserie. The sandwich had a THIN layer of tuna, (which had zero seasonings) with the crust cut off and the edge of the bread was stale. I´m leaving two stars because I´ve been tricked with an almost mandatory tip, let´s explain: this is Europe, not the USA and tips are not mandatory, in fact there should not even be the option in the POS. One may leave tip, cash or card as an add on if he feels like. So we were a group of friends, July 2025, it was not even dinner we were all sitting at the bar and we only had drinks. The bill was important, but it was only bottles... when they presented me the POS, there were the annoying 3 options: small, medium, high tip.... so I left a small. This is easily one of the best choices for a rooftop experience in the city. It's big enough that there's never really a hard time getting in. Once in its upscale, classy, comfortable and cool... but very chill and the service and the views are outstanding. We came in just for an aperitivo, but because of the welcoming service ended up staying through lunch and long after enjoying the ambiance and terrific menu. It's located right by the Pantheon and offers no issues getting in the door or up to the restaurant itself. It's a great choice if you're looking for a rooftop in the center...
