Gelato is creamy and definitely not artificial. I had the honey which was amazing, and the pistachio which has been so far the most nutty during my trip to Italy— it’s not too sweet. And the color was the least green - which I’ve been told is a sign that it is higher-quality. I am taking off a point because the staff person working there was not very friendly, and there was no running water in the bathroom or soap to wash hands. I think that is kind of foul. I did ask and he just shrugged and said there’s no water. Additionally, the size is very small. The guy scooped in the gelato and made sure it was a flat top so you’re really only getting the size of the cup and nothing more, for €3.50.
