Otivm Roof Bar — Restaurant in Rome

Regardless of the over price of beer 25€. The entrance staff was rude and racist, just try to tell us to go drink some where else (you don’t have to be here, there’s allot of places in Rome) And all of this just while waiting to be seated.

By looking at the reviews here I understand it’s normal there.

Believe me, skip the good reviews because they ar eprobbly fake as for those prices. I wouldn’t suggest anybody to go to this place.

Hope it saved a few people.

Reply to owner comment: I was trying to enjoy your rooftop, but your colleague was rude, racists and showed us the door, literally got up his chair, walked to the door, opened it and told us to go (in other words).

Folks, this is a waste of space. Service is terrible - it takes forever to order or pay the check. We had reservation but they made us wait 15 mins at the first floor. For what? To tell us where the lift is… Lift was visible :) Also, the tables and seats are soo ugly and uncomfortable. You never understand the purpose of big long couches. Are they for 4 people sitting next to each other? All the customers I saw left after one drink. This is a one drink place. Come at the sunset (not visible behind the buildings) get a drink and leave later. No food. Old chips only. One server for 20 table. Btw, the seats are so low that you cant see when you sit. Was here just tonight. I recommend bars and restaurants as part of my job. I had 5pm booking and walked into an empty place. Ordered 2 cocktails and at 6:30 I was asked to leave as booking is only for 2 hours. At this stage the place was 1/3 full… no one waiting for a table and no one waiting when I went outside. Rooftop was alright.. view ok, but looks much better from their social media and Facebook. Music was good (actually quite enjoyed that) and Aperol was good. In saying that it’s EUR25 for a cocktail and you can get them down the road for EUR6. I don’t mind spending when it’s worth it but for EUR50 and then being made to feel not welcome, I won’t be back nor recommending.
