Pizza Kebab Senjelawi Omar K. A. — Restaurant in Rome

Firstly, I would love to write a Tripadvisor review but I couldn’t find you so please direct me!

This is a place we discovered when out walking on our first day in Rome after making a decision to “pick up a slice of pizza” when we were out. We walked past initially but a gentleman got our attention shouting “Best pizza in Roma!” for which we felt accurate on our trip (we went back again before leaving a few days later). We were offered a sample which spoke for itself and so we decide to purchase. He gestures at the free table for us to sit (yes it’s a crowded area and full of people but it’s also a part of the charm!) my partner was told to grab drinks out the fridge if we wanted and we were to pay at the end. Not understanding the menu we were working out if we had enough cash to pay (unsure if they had a card machine) but it was around €17 for pizza for 2 of us, a beer and a bottle of coke. The pizza was so fresh with a crispy base and delicious. Honestly...

Shumi is a pillar of his community. This is one of the best places for a quick bite in Rome. I came here for lunch a couple of times a week and every time he gave me a fist bump and called me bro. The kebabs are delicious and insanely well priced and the pizza is pretty good with a large range of options that I was able to sample. If it is your first time coming he will give you a small slice just to give you a taste of the quality of his pizza. There are some odd reviews of this place, I saw one saying the pricing was unclear, the man literally prices the pizza by weight, there is nothing more clear than that. Shumi is the G.O.A.T. and deserves...

Bad poor service coffee was instant powder shame on italy for this. Dont recommend. Prizes also scam. Did my math on the menu he still increased the price for me eating in.

Prizes very unclear so he can charge you whatever you wants. Hes also tourist oriented its a picture tourist menu trap. Then he tries justifying. I just paid and left no point in discussion.

Look also his other lowest reviews filter on the app. Its all about the same issue. Hes a scammer and doesnt has remorse or good heart nor replies and acknowledges other bad reviews. Only denying and attacking. Uncanny feeling.
