I recently had the pleasure of dining at a gem in Siena, Italy – Ristorante Osteria Bonelli From the moment I stepped in, I was enchanted by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The rustic charm of the decor perfectly complemented the historic beauty of Siena.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 50 minute just to make the order, the restaurant wasn't full, they just told us that they forgot our table cause it was inside.

The food arrived after 25 minute, i ordered a caprese, they literatly gave me a Tamato, not even cut, with a small mozzarella from the supermaket on top of it, 12 euro.

When we had to pay, they forgot the number of our table, they had to search in the middle of all the previous orders.

1 hour and an half to eat bad food. No discount. No coffeee offered for the mistakes.

I could understand if the restaurant was full, but there were in total 4 table. I'm italian and i absolutely don't raccomend this to...

Food was not that great. Especially the seafood pasta that smelled too fishy. The only nice thing about this restaurant was the ambiance of being in a nicely lit elegantly designed dining tables and chairs that was instagrammable. Service was poor. Our waiter was an arrogant guy who does not want to be disturbed or called and even embarassed me infront of my group (16 people) and told me to “let him answer the other guest first before he answers my question.” If he was able to say that line to me, a simple yes or no to my question would have made me feel better writing...
