Go anywhere but here!! Go somewhere they welcome customers and have the will to serve them. Dont fall for their boards and offers advertising.

We went to this restaurant at 8.30pm seeing the 3 course meal for 14.50 euro displayed outside. After we sat down outside, we were told this option is over and is too late for it. We then had to order from the menu. Food was ok - lasangna was very good, pizza just ok. It took a long time to be served.

Service is one of the worst I have seen in Europe. The waiters really need to work on their hospitality skills - full of attitude, bit rude, igorning customers, just doing the bare minimum like give menu, take order, get food from kitchen (racism??). We were seated outside as it was full indoors. It was a getting cold and I requested a table indoors after we saw tables getting cleared indoors. The waiter said ok, kept the food on the table and went to prepare the table. We waited 5 mins and then gave up and started eating as our food was getting cold. We dint see him again. Not even to give the accompaniments/condiments(olive oil etc.). He finally came with the check only after we got up from our seats to go. There was another waiter as well whose behaviour was the same - ignoring.

Lots of hidden charges - water is offered and then charged 4 euro. What was very shocking is the 3 euro "cover" charge per head. And for what - being treated poorly and not even bothering to fulfill a simple request as table change. FYI We were charged only a nominal service fee at other restaurants in the same area.

So go somewhere that treats customers with some value...

Dieses Restaurant können wir absolut nicht empfehlen! Diese Lokal ist reine Geldverschwendung. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich, beinahe geschmacksneutral und völlig lieblos angerichtet. Das Gemüse war verbrannt und hat verkohlt geschmeckt. Zu Anfang wird ein "Brotkorb" gereicht. Darin Grisini in einer Plastikverpackung und die billigsten Aufbackbrötchen aus dem Supermarkt! Mit italienischer Qualität hat das überhaupt nichts zu tun! Dafür geht man nicht ins Restaurant!

Wir wurden bei Abräumen gefragt, wie das Essen war. Wir antworteten ehrlich und sagten, dass das Essen nicht besonders gut geschmeckt hat. Der Kellner ging, ohne dazu irgendetwas zu sagen, direkt zu 2 seiner Kollegen und zu dritt hat man sich direkt darüber lustig gemacht und über uns gelacht.

Gäste werden hier nicht ernst genommen. Es ist eine reine Touristenfalle, wo man an der Tür rein gelockt wird!

Als wir bezahlen wollen kam die Rechnung. Darauf als erste Position 2x Cuperto = 6,- €! Wir sprachen den Kellern darauf an, was das sein soll! Es ist wohl eine Art Servicegebühr für Besteckt und Teller??? Wir machten deutlich, dass wir diese Gebühr nicht bezahlen, weil wir weder mit dem Service noch mit dem Essen zufrieden waren. Alles andere "wollten" wir bezahlen. Mit dieser Gebühr kassiert man Trinkgeld vom Gast, trotzt mießem Service und geschmacklosem Essen. Das ist reine Abzocke. Man hat darauf bestanden, dass wir diese Gebühr bezahlen!

Kein einziges Mal hat auch nur einer der Restaurantmitarbeiter sein Bedauern ausgedrückt, dass wir nicht zufrieden waren. Es ist überhaupt nicht darauf eingegangen wurden.

In mehreren Tagen Venedig ist dies das mit Abstand schlechteste Restaurant gewesen! Und eine Gebühr "Cuperto" gab es sonst in keinem anderen Restaurant.

Liebe Mitmenschen, wenn ihr richtig gutes Essen und italienische Gastfreundschaft haben wollt, meidet dieses Lokal. Das findet ihr hier nicht, ihr wird nur Kasse gemacht und das Befinden der Gäste ist egal. Man kann deshalb nur vermuten, dass die guten Bewertungen hier...
