Nino & Friends — Local services in Venice

THEY TRICK US! Their staffs are not honest, or at least the lady worked the shift around 7pm, 21.02.2022. I was asking the price for the small source of 80 gram and she said that it is 9 euro. But I was on the phone call while doing the check out. Then their staff put a price of 16euro. I paid without checking the price since I was busy. When I receive the bill, I asked why, and she said because it is tartufata and it is more expensive. I was a bit confused but she was the only staff at the moment, thus I could not verify. Today, I went to other Nino shop and check again the price, and it was 9 euro. Thus, the lady stole 7euro from me. She was very smart by seeing that I was busy and also she put the box of other product (as seen as in the photo). Also, the products near the check out desk was without the name tag and price so that she fooled me.

ADVISE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS Pay attention that all the products near the check out desk are usually WITHOUT the price so that they can easy fool us by raising the price. Check the bill carefully with the products that you buy because they might put in the bills with other products with a higher price. Pay attention when there is only one staff because you can not verify the information and they can fool us easily

Favourite store in Venice! My friends and I walked in and looked around for maybe a minute and in that time I was thinking there was nothing here for us. A worker came over and offered us some samples which were just absolutely wonderful. Favourites being hazelnut and salted caramel chocolate!! I came into this shop and was offered a sample of the hazelnut Foyaten. It was delicious. I found the pistachio one and grabbed the box and asked if I could try a sample of that one as well and the man was hesitant to give me a sample despite having a box in my hand. He gave it to me and after confirming it was good I purchased a box for 12 euro. I thought I had read 7 euro… but I guess I was wrong…?
