Amorino Gelato - Verona Corso Sant'Anastasia — Restaurant in Verona

During our visit to the Arena in Verona in June 2025, we asked for the best ice cream parlour in the city. We were told Amorino Gelato. We were given a map of the city, Amorino was marked and after just over ten minutes we had found it.

There were about ten customers in front of us, but the two employees were patient and yet quick, so that we had our ice cream after a few minutes.

The creations that the customers in front of us got were worth seeing.

I had a Grandissima cup, which is equivalent to about five scoops in Germany. At home I would have paid €8.50 for it, here it was €6.50. And the Amorino ice cream tastes simply great.

My favorite gelato place in Verona! The atmosphere is lovely, the location is perfect (right at the most picturesque piazza in town), and the gelato is amazing every time. I tried both traditional flavors (Pistachio, Amarena, Stracciatella, etc.), and some of the shop’s original flavors such as Basilico & Lime - all are very good! The ingredients are natural, portions generous, and you can have your gelato in a form of a classic gelato, or as a milkshake (tried both, both are great). Or you can take the signature “flower” with two gelato flavors in a waffle cream cone decorated with a macaron on top. Delicious! A must-eat every time I come...
