Best mackerel I’ve ever had, expert preparation elevated it to become the highlight of an incredible evening.
The salt aged Bonito took center stage when the chef charred it over direct heat to create a smoky exterior which complimented the raw garlic stuffed interior perfectly.
Scallops in fresh ground wasabi accentuated the sweetness of both ingredients and left me wanting more.
The Toro was satisfying as always, but played second fiddle to the perfectly sourced Uni, which took over the show at the end - truly a little bite of heaven.
Service is Japanese only but don’t let that intimidate you. Walk in, ask for a seat and enjoy one of the best experiences...

Cook was nice to us and tried his best (made us the show outside when flaming the 'bonito'), but food was OK-ish (nigiris and sushi were average quality) and the price is too high for what you get.
