Cheese Wine Bistro has garnered criticism for its poor service, particularly for rushing customers through their dining experience. Numerous patrons have reported being encouraged to purchase drinks shortly after being seated—often before they’ve had a chance to review the menu. While upselling is common in the restaurant industry, the pressure feels intrusive and rushed at Cheese Wine Bistro.
More troubling is the practice of asking customers to vacate their tables within 30 minutes, regardless of whether they’ve finished their drinks or food. This has left many feeling unwelcome, as if they’re being treated more like transactions than valued guests. Dining out, especially at a bistro marketed as a relaxed wine and cheese destination, should be a leisurely experience. The rushed atmosphere contradicts the ambiance the establishment claims to offer.
The underlying issue may be overbooking or an aggressive turnover strategy aimed at maximizing profit. However, this approach is clearly backfiring, as customer reviews increasingly highlight dissatisfaction and discomfort. If Cheese Wine Bistro hopes to retain and grow its customer base, it will need to reevaluate its service model and prioritize the...

Service was okay. You had to order through a qr code and the drinks...

Drinks were cheap enough, but I would think with such decor, the food would taste good. The 4 cheese pizza overflowed with gravy, spectacular presentation, but that's about it. The sauce lacked taste or depth and made me wonder what I was eating. The steak was dry and hard. Sous vide is not the way to cook good meats. If the food wasn't disappointing, it would have made the experience better, but I dont like being disappointed, so I...
