奈良で大人気の学生起業家が手がけた麻婆豆腐ラーメン専門店！ 実は昨年、奈良店の開業当時に訪れており、今回は心斎橋店に初めて足を運びました🦌

お店は地下にあり、黒を基調とした落ち着いた雰囲気が漂っています✨️

彼らにはベジタブルラーメンが人気なのか、店内には欧米系のお客様を中心に海外からの方々が多数いらっしゃいました。 ※英語のメニューや英語が話せるスタッフもいらっしゃいましたので海外からお越しの方も安心して入れると思います。

⛄️初雪チーズ麻婆豆腐ラーメン（1,500円） 11月15日から12月27日までの期間限定で味わえる特別なラーメン🧀 汁なし麻婆豆腐ラーメンに、自家製クリームチーズソースとパルメザンチーズがたっぷりとかけられており、チーズが麻婆豆腐や麺に溶け込んで絶品の美味しさ😋 濃厚でコク深い一品で、大満足でした😍 辛さの調節はしませんでしたが、チーズが麻婆豆腐の辛さを程よく引き立て、絶妙な風味でした✨️

一方、麻辣麻婆豆腐ラーメンはかなりの痺れ系！ 食べるとヒリヒリ、ピリピリと刺激的で、その中にも旨みがしっかりとあり、大変美味しくいただきました🌶

さらに、餃子はとてもあっさりしていて、軽やかで食べやすかったです🥟

次回は他のメニューもぜひ試してみたいと思います！

A popular Mapo Tofu Ramen specialty shop created by a student entrepreneur from Nara! Last year, I visited their Nara branch during its opening, and this time I finally had the chance to visit their Shinsaibashi branch for the first time.

The shop is located underground and has a calm atmosphere with a chic black-based interior design✨️.

Their Vegetable Ramen seems to be particularly popular, as the shop was filled with many international customers, especially from Western countries. *English menus and English-speaking staff are available, so international visitors can feel at ease dining here.

First Snow Cheese Mapo Tofu Ramen (¥1,500) This special ramen is only available from November 15th to December 27th 🧀.

It’s a dry-style Mapo Tofu Ramen generously topped with a house-made cream cheese sauce and plenty of Parmesan cheese. The cheese melts into the Mapo Tofu and noodles, creating an absolutely delicious flavor😋. It’s rich, full of depth, and left me completely satisfied 😍.

Although I didn’t adjust the spiciness, the cheese perfectly complemented the heat of the Mapo Tofu, resulting in a wonderfully balanced flavor✨️.

On the other hand, the ''Spicy Mapo Tofu Ramen (Mala)'' really packs a numbing punch! The tingling and spicy sensations were intense but enjoyable, with a deep umami flavor that made it incredibly tasty.

The gyoza was also very light and refreshing, making it easy to eat.

I can’t wait to try other menu...

This was genuinely one of the tastiest things I've eaten, it's really good. I came in to dine solo, and the bar was full so I expected a bit of a wait, but actually they seated me at a table since they were free. The waitress with blonde hair gave me a menu with English in it, and when she took my order and she spoke very good English to my surprise. So it is very easy for foreigners to visit.

By the way I saw another reviewer who said the prices are more expensive in the English menu, but this is simply not true I just checked and they are the same.

I ordered the grilled cheese mapo tofu ramen and added extra spice (+150 yen). It came out about 5-10 minutes later and they torched the cheese right in front of me. The amount of cheese is not a joke, it's a lot! Oh, I ordered it without soup as the waitress recommended that to me, and it is the way to go, the thick consistency is delicious.

The only downside was it is a bit hot inside, and my table had no tissues left. Other than that, it was one of the best meals I have had in a...

Susuru_susuran was an unforgettable experience in Osaka :) Their grilled cheese Mapo tofu ramen noodles are incredible!

There was a ~20min line at the door and once we got in the service was very welcoming. There are about 8 tables or you can eat at the bar facing the open kitchen.

We ordered the grilled cheese Mapo tofu noodles and it was a great call. They grill the cheese right before your eyes, which was super fun. The cheese was super stretchy and tasted amazing, as did the thick mapo tofu broth with squishy tofu. Very rich and intense but so delicious!

If you’re western and like spicy make sure to say, as we didn’t specify and got a relatively mild spice level.

Wish we could go back!...
