個室会席 北大路 赤坂茶寮 — Restaurant in Tokyo

We booked for a group and there are multiple reasons, why the service should be at 0 stars - not even 1 star. The staff was very unfriendly and declined service. Furthermore, they almost burned some people because they were not carefull with the hot pot. When they announced the last order 1h before the end, they refused to serve a tea for someone ordering 1min too late. We went to this restaurant multiple times and we always very much enjoyed, but since they changed all their staff to foreigners, the service is absolutely terrible!!! This also killed the athmosphere. The price used to be ok due to good service, but not anymore. You find way better Kaiseki in Tokyo, where you can enjoy real Japanese...

From start to finish we had a great experience here. I loved the ambiance here … the feel of being in a little village was super cool. Enjoyed being in a private room and getting the extra attention.
