我和我的朋友們在12/23日預訂了晚餐，經歷非常棒！我們預訂了一個 VIP Room，為了幫助我的朋友向他的女朋友求婚，連服務員們都幫忙佈置了房間。食物非常令人驚艷，可能是我在日本吃過的最好吃且特別的菜餚之一。菜餚使用了各種不同的食材，並以非常有創意的方式組合，呈現了美妙的口感。 服務人員真的非常棒，態度專業且笑容可掬。他們對菜的掌握度很高，介紹菜色時也會告知吃法，讓我們以最正確的方式享用。最後，他們還帶領我們參觀了陽台，讓我們欣賞六本木頭的夜景和東京鐵塔。尤其是在滿月時，東京鐵塔點亮的景象格外美麗。 這是一個難忘的經驗，我非常感謝 Balcon Tokyo 的服務人員給予我們這個一生一次的機會。他們的專業服務和熱情態度為整個求婚過程增添了溫馨和浪漫的氛圍。我和我的朋友們將永遠珍藏著這次寶貴的回憶，希望他們也能享受同樣美好的體驗。

私と友人たちは12/23にディナーを予約しました。素晴らしい経験でした！私たちはVIPルームを予約し、友人が彼女にプロポーズするためにウェイターたちも部屋の装飾を手伝ってくれました。料理は驚くほど美味しく、日本で食べた中でも特に素晴らしい一品でした。様々な食材を使い、非常に創造的な方法で組み合わせ、素晴らしい味わいを楽しむことができました。 サービススタッフは本当に素晴らしく、プロフェッショナルな態度と笑顔で接してくれました。彼らは料理に精通しており、各料理の食べ方も教えてくれました。最後には私たちをバルコニーに案内してくれ、六本木の夜景と東京タワーを楽しむことができました。特に満月の時、東京タワーがライトアップされる光景は美しかったです。 これは忘れられない経験であり、Balcon Tokyoのスタッフには一生に一度の機会を与えてくれたことに非常に感謝しています。彼らのプロのサービスと情熱的な態度は、プロポーズのプロセス全体に温かさとロマンチックな雰囲気を加えてくれました。私と友人たちはこの貴重な思い出を永遠に大切にしますし、彼らも同じ素晴らしい体験を楽しんでほしいと願っています。

My friends and I made a reservation for dinner when we went shopping on 12/23 and the experience was amazing! We booked a VIP Room and even the staff helped decorate the room to help my friend propose to his girlfriend. The food was amazing, probably one of the best and special dishes I've had in Japan. The dishes use a variety of different ingredients and combine them in very creative ways to create a wonderful taste. The service staff are really great, professional and smiling. They have a good grasp of the dishes, and when introducing the dishes, they will also tell us how to eat them, so that we can enjoy them in the most correct way. Finally, they also took us to visit the balcony, allowing us to enjoy the night view of Roppongi and Tokyo Tower. Especially during a full moon, Tokyo Tower lights up and is particularly beautiful. It was an unforgettable experience and I am very grateful to the staff at Balcon Tokyo for giving us this once in a lifetime opportunity. Their professional service and warm attitude added a warm and romantic atmosphere to the entire proposal process. My friends and I will cherish this precious memory forever and hope they enjoy the same...

We had a lunch course on the balcony seat. Food was great, fancy atmosphere.

However, the service was disappointing despite these factors. Due to lack of staff or unprofessional operation, we will reconsider to revisit. Each dish was served after an average of about 20 minutes. And even main dish was served separately (5-10min later the last dish showed up). Ofc, it was very hard to order drinks, make a payment, refill water and so forth. No staff nearby never. Maybe course is not a thing here.

I usually feel terribly sorry for pressing the bell button but there was no other way at this restaurant. Additionally, beverage menu is quite pricey and not worth...

We wanted to have a small celebration for an accomplishment at work. Decided to try this place out due to the higher reviews, location and views. While Balcony has a decent view and ambiance on the 14th floor of the Mitsui Garden Hotel in Roppongi, we were sorely disappointed with the food and staff service.

The menu was very unimaginative, we had fries, wedges, mashed potatoes as part of 3 of the 7 dishes. Quality and portions weren't great either. Staff while nice weren't the most attentive or professional.

Wouldn't recommend this place to celebrate or have a special date night. Maybe for lunch or a drink is okay as the venue and bar...
