I recommend the 14000 yen all you can eat Japanese Black Sirloin. We tried that and the two "cheaper" types, and the 2000 yen upgrade definitely makes sense. There is a clear difference (although the rib roast is tender "enough").
Didn't try the Matsasuka, but I imagine given how well-marbled the Sirloin (pictured) was, you might not get much more value from the further upgrade.

I arrived at 1:12pm. There were people eating. There were tables available. (There was leftover time to eat.) But somehow they didn’t allow my party to dine in, saying “no reservation”.
I don’t understand. When I went to the other location in Otto, we didn’t make a reservation, and was able to dine in 50 min before closing.
