The staff are very friendly and give a warm welcome to solo travellers like me. With the coffee bean purchase, I can enjoy one more small cup of cold brew. It made my day.

They have a One item per person policy for those who wants to use the seats in their store. I ordered the Iced Cafe Latte. The latte was okay tastewise. It was more on a stronger coffee taste.

Hard to find, but some of the best coffee I had in Tokyo. They do 3rd wave coffee exceptionally well. I had a pour over with Ethiopian beans and a macchiato. Do not confuse a traditional macchiato with the sugar laden monster, a traditional one is a shot of espresso "stained" with steamed milk. The staff, were perfectly polite and efficient and there with an english menu. It is nice that they take credit cards as well, it was our last day in Tokyo and we needed cash for the subway to the airport. The location is a little hard to find and they are not on the mall map. But if you come up from the subway escalator into Skytree, go to the second floor make an immediate right turn and they are next to the windows. They have a seating area and tables for for, now go enjoy some quality Japanese roasted, in season beans from around the world. I would have tried the food but we...

I visited here because of such good review. But I have to say it was quite disappointing. The staffs weren’t very nice, nor friendly. The drink was just ok, subpar if you consider the price. At least the bread was soft. The chairs are uncomfortable, those that are designed for you to leave as soon as you are done.
