BOWLS cafe has an ideal location right across from the Shinjuku entrance to the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. It’s not a huge space but the vibe is very natural-vintage and relaxed. They have good blend coffee. I didn’t get any food but it all looked healthy and delicious. They let me stay for quite a few hours as I worked—the staff are very welcoming....

Ordered the kahlua milk hot latte with foam. *Service was good but just only cash is acceptable here. Please introduce the card or cashless payment. The dog is also welcome to the coffee shop:-)

Wonderful little cafe with a tiny store of pottery, flowers and cute things. Food was fresh and delicious. Very close to Shinjuku Goen park. Very nice staff who speak some English — menu has English, too. Only a few tables. Might need to wait when it’s busy, but worth it. Highly recommend. (But cash only!!)
