Super fresh seafood! A variety of price points too, lots of variety in the mix of seafood you can get in each bowl with the option to add ingredients too (I added the egg).

Cannot recommend enough, genuinely some of the best scallops I’ve ever had. They were so fresh and sweet, not tough at all—so good! Sea urchin was also not overpowering and very smooth, all the ingredients worked together very well. Under the seafood there was red seaweed, ginger, wasabi, and what I’m pretty sure was mint. Also came with a side of miso soup!

The chirashi don was a delight — fresh, high-quality cuts of fish and other meats laid beautifully over seasoned rice. A pour of soy sauce brought out even more flavor, tying everything together perfectly.

As expected in Ginza, the price was on the higher side, but the freshness and presentation made it worthwhile.

Just had one of the best meals of our trip to Japan at this fantastic spot. We enjoyed two rice bowls—one topped with fresh, perfectly balanced tuna and salmon, and the other with an assortment of tuna cuts, from fatty to lean. The fish was incredibly fresh, melt-in-your-mouth quality, and the rice was superbly seasoned, adding a wonderful texture to each bite.
