I am going to be completely honest and impartial in this review. The food and beers were really good. Excellent option if you're looking for a fusion between Asian and western food. But, the staff was extremely unfriendly, and very rude actually. We arrived 1.5 hrs before closing time and they were rushed us all the time to order as soon as possible. They gave us tablets to order in Japanese language even though we asked for one in English, so we started to make our order just based on the pictures and prices. When they changed it to English everything was deleted from the list oteder. So at the end, there were a couple of items extra in the menu which made a lot of food for 4 adults, although they didn't give us any warning about it and brought the food. Come on, it is common sense to warn you if there is too much food on the order. Then, we explained that these should have been ordered by mistake due to the problem with the tablet, although they didn't take it very well telling us that since you ordered you have it, in other words, you should pay for that, period! Finally, with an attitude they removed both items from the bill, but they were telling us every 5 mim that they were closing the soon and almost kicked us out of it. I strongly recommend to go well before closing time, and if you're a visitor like us make them to change the language of the tablet to order, otherwise they will make you to feel very...

Read moreI have gone to this restaurant many times with my wife and son after going to Louis Vuitton after adding to her substantial collection and have always enjoyed the food and Ambiance at this restaurant. Last night on 18Jan2025, I went with my friend and it was 40 minutes to closing but they accommodated us and made sure we understood they closed in 40 minutes. At 17 minutes to closing while we were still eating they asked us to pay, and would not let us finish until we did. As I looked around I noticed none of the other patrons were being asked to pay early and were still being served. We were the only non-Asians there at the time. Since I have never been treated like that at this restaurant before we came to the conclusion that we were being pushed to pay and hurry up was because of 2 reasons. One, we are Americans and second, my friend was Black. I’m leaning toward the second. In either case it has ruined my experience at this place as well as breaks my heart as I have always loved it when we could get to Ginza. Apologies to our waitress who had short brownish red hair who was advanced in age for not leaving her a tip to buy herself a clue. Racism is very out dated. Thank you for...
