McDonald's JR Tokyo Station — Restaurant in Tokyo

I recently visited McDonald's located in the station, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. As expected, the place was bustling with people, which is understandable considering its convenient location. However, having the seating area on the second floor seemed a bit inconvenient, especially for those carrying large bags or luggage.

Upon reaching the dining area, I noticed that it was quite crowded with people engrossed in their meals. Unfortunately, the tables and the floor seemed a bit neglected as there were noticeable stains and dirt scattered around. Additionally, the noise level was quite high, making it challenging to have a peaceful meal. It could definitely benefit from better cleaning and maintenance.

Despite these drawbacks, one aspect that stood out was the staff's kindness and efficiency. They were courteous and took my order promptly, which I appreciated. It's always a relief when you receive your food quickly, especially in a busy spot like this.

In conclusion, McDonald's in the station has its advantages and disadvantages. While the dining area may not be the cleanest and the noise level can be overwhelming, the staff's friendliness and the speedy service are commendable. What we ordered: chicken burger, chicken teriyaki burger, fries, apple pie and strawberry mochi pie ¥1,210

We've had no luck with the restaurants in Tokyo Station as most of them have bad customer service in the reviews. The rest only serve pork and beef. We had no choice but to try Japan's McDo instead. And once we did, we realized how disappointing Tokyo Station actually is because a fast food restaurant was able to outdo all of their other restaurants.

We can confirm that Japan's fast food restaurants really are the best in the world as we've tried Burger King and KFC as well. As for McDo, first of all, they have the best apple pie in the world, according to my husband who loves apple pies so much. Second, their chicken teriyaki burger is second to Burger King's deluxe chicken fillet burger, but defeats KFC's and Mos Burger's chicken burgers. Third, their sakura mochi pie is a gamechanger to desserts. And last but not least, the salt in their fries is so consistent! How is that even possible? 😮

Other than having great food, they also have the nicest two elderly male and female staff. How much more perfect can their fast food...

An employee is at the end of the line in a very bad manner because it was already the end. of the queue preventing me from buying. explaining to him that he is a mentally disabled person and that he does not understand why they do not let him eat. He didn't care if she started crying. Another tourist with a big heart, seeing my son cry, gave up his position. I never imagined that they treated tourists so badly in Japan. It was 9:35 Pm (9:35 p.m.) when the established closing time is at 10:00 p.m. Of all the countries I have traveled to, he has never been so hurt, without a little compassion. It is the first time that I have traveled to Japan but with the bad experience that I have had, I beg that this situation be known and if there is anyone who has links with McDonald's international, they know what is happening in this establishment, so that it does not happen to them. other people with disabilities, who do not understand the evil of some people. Estando de vacaciones en Disney Tokyo el día 03 / 07/ 2024. voy corriendo con mi hijo que es una persona discapacitada , que solo quería comer unos pollo Mc nugget. cuando llegamos al Mc Donalds de la estación Maihama centro comercial: IKSPIARE. un empleado se encuentra al final de la cola de muy malas formas porque ya era el final. de la cola impidiéndome comprar. explicándole que es una persona discapacitada Psíquico y que no entiende porque no le dejan comer. le dio igual que se pusiera a llorar. Otro turista con un gran corazón al verlo llorar a mi hijo, cedió su puesto. Nunca me imaginé que trataban tan mal a los turistas en Japón eran las 9:35 Pm (21:35) cuando el horario según el establecido el cierre es a las 22:00. de todos los países que he viajado nunca le habían hecho tanto daño, sin un poco de compasión. es la primera vez que viajo a Japón pero con la mala experiencia que he tenido, suplico que se conozca esta situación y si hay alguna persona que tenga vinculación con Mc Donald’s internacional conozca esto que está pasando en este establecimiento, para que no le pase a otras personas con discapacidad, que no entienden la maldad de algunas personas.
