We ended up at Mineya for dinner since we were in the area. We were not sure what to expect but we just wanted to experience some traditional Japanese cuisine. It was quite an amazing experience with all the dishes being truly exquisite. The waitresses were extremely nice and accommodating. The chef is just a magician. I barely heard him make any sound while cooking and was even wondering if our food was being prepared. But the dishes kept coming and were all full of flavour. Surprisingly the best dishes I had was the potato salad. Not sure how but the chef just made this simple dish taste so wonderful. Highly recommended.

昨日、母の誕生日祝いで初めて来店しました。老舗感のある小料理屋さんですが、奥に個室が2ヶ所あり、そちらをお借りしました。どの料理も上品で美味しいものばかりで、特に、今が旬の「焼き松茸」に「松茸の土瓶蒸し」の美味しさに舌鼓を打ちました。焼いてもらった松茸は、今日入ったばかりとのことで、とても香高く、これぞ松茸！　最高！！天ぷらの盛り合わせをお任せしたのですが、海老、舞茸、さつまいも、茄子、レンコンと、どれもサクサクです。いくらでも食べられる。あと、柿と胡桃の白和えを食べたのですが、柿のほんのりした甘さに胡桃のちょっとした渋さとコク、それをまろやかに包み込む白和えは正直びっくりするくらい美味しかったです。自分は鯵の塩焼きをお願いしましたが、身がふっくらしながらもしっとりしていて美味しかったです。結局のところどの料理も美味しく、その日本料理を引き立たせる日本酒。最高な組み合わせで、至福を味わいました。家からは15分くらいのところですが、とても良い隠れ家的なお店を見つけました。次回は、あんこう鍋を食べに行きたいと思います！！駐車場は、100mくらいのところにコインパーキングがあるので、駐車は困らないです。
