I’d like to be able to comment on the food and atmosphere, but despite having a reservation, we couldn’t get in.

We had a reservation that clearly stated the time as 12:30. When we rocked up at 12:28, the greeter barely looked up and gruffly said it was 12:40 and to come back. No explanation.

Came back at 12:40. By then, many parties waiting ( seems they have a stupid system where all buffet people are seated at the sane time. And meanwhile , the previous patrons asked to leave and pay at the same time — creating a horrible backlog at the till to pay and the line to get in…. And it must be difficult to clean the tables in that time….. ( the restaurant might want to rethink the system).

Anyway , after waiting in line, we’re told we’re not on the buffet list. To wait. More people being seated. The guy did say we’ll arrange a table. But by then we’d had enough because the manner of the host were not friendly or helpful.

We went to the next door Chinese restaurant. Which greeted us nicely, professionally. And said they had a table.

Then the host from next door proceeded to tell us through the entrance that he now had a table for us. He stood there telling us for about a minute. It was quite uncomfortable.

The Chinese restaurant hosts were smirking a bit. Maybe this...

📣 tip: don't let the wait time discourage you. Tables turn fast because people don't spend the full 90 mins of the buffet.

The value here is great!! For about ¥2,200 per person you get ⏰ 90mins of 🇹🇭Thai food buffet including around 16 dishes, rice, dessert, etc. The dishes include classic thai dishes such as padthai, curries, spicy Thai salads etc. I think they serve saucy dishes hoping you will fill up on 🍚rice.

The desert bar includes 🍠 sweet potato, mango 🥭 pudding and tapioca.

They require you wear gloves and your mask when you go to the buffet. You can remove these to eat at your table. When there is 10 minutes left of your time, a waiter will come let you know.

サワディーカップ〜🙏と言うことで、本日ご紹介するお店は新丸の内ビルディングの中にお店を構えるタイ料理店『サイアムヘリテイジ』さんです！⠀ ⠀ @akanemameakane さん、本日はご招待いただき、誠にありがとうございます🙇‍♂️⠀ ⠀ ということで、東京駅から徒歩2分ほどの商業施設「新丸ビル」の6階にお店を構えるこちらのお店。5階もレストランフロアではあるのですが、6階の方がどこか高級感がさらに漂いますね、、、⠀ ⠀ 店内へ入るとお店の方々の挨拶により迎え入れてもらい、1番奥の個室にていただきました。⠀ ⠀ ってか、商業施設のレストランってもっと狭いと思ってたけど、ここめちゃくちゃ広いです、、、驚きに身を包まれながら個室へと到着。そして、辿り着いたのが「王の間」。(勝手に命名笑)⠀ ⠀ もっとワチャワチャしたタイ料理会だと思ったら、デートや大切な会食とかで利用できそうなほど素敵な雰囲気のお店でした😂⠀ ⠀ そんな驚きを感じながら、タイの最高級ビールというフェダブロイで乾杯🍻⠀ ⠀ 色々と料理を注文したのですが、いきなり注文した記憶のない大きな料理が登場？！😳と思ったら、お通しとのニャンカムとのこと。(ディナータイムでお酒を注文するといただけるようです。)⠀ ⠀ 見たことも聞いたこともないお通しに驚きながらも、写真をパシャパシャと🤳⠀ ⠀ こちらのお通しは7種類ほどの食材をエゴマの葉で包み、一口でパクッと食べるスタイルらしいです。その言葉通り、一口で食べると、全身に"タイ"が充満🤣なかなかに癖になるかも！⠀ ⠀ その後、注文したソムタムやアボカドサラダ、トムヤムクンが到着！タイ料理は大好きなのですが、辛いものがどうも苦手で、この日はタイ料理の楽しみと、辛さの緊張という気持ちでいでいっぱいでした😂⠀ ⠀ トムヤムクンやソムタムは程よい辛さで、美味しく、ホッと一安心。しかしながら、このアボカドサラダが想像以上に辛い🤣この日食べた中で、1番辛かったか笑🙈⠀ ⠀ 辛すぎて、途中でバケツコロナを追加してしまいました笑笑😚⠀ ⠀ その後、第二弾で到着したのが、迫力満点のガイヤーンに、プーパッポンカリー🦀タイ料理も色々とあるけれど、1番好きなのは圧倒的にこの「プーパッポンカリー」です！蟹は大振りで、ゴロッとたっぷり入っています😚僕のところには身を取りやすいタイプのが入っていたので、ストレスなく、美味しく食べられました😍⠀ ⠀ そして、最後に食べたのがデザートのマンゴー！思っていたよりもさっぱり目？酸味がしっかりと効いていて、濃いものを食べた後にはピッタリですね！⠀ ⠀ と全ておしまいだ！ご馳走様だ〜！と思っていたら、なんとサプライズが？！⠀ ⠀ なんと⠀ @akanemameakane さんが誕生日の近い&フォロワー1万人を突破した海老人間こと、⠀ @goo2monster さんにサプライズプレゼントをご用意！⠀ ⠀ マンゴープリンに、特別なお花、記念撮影までお店側で用意していただきました！！⠀ ⠀ サプライズを用意されたAkaneさんも素晴らしいですし、お店の方の対応力もすごい😭誰かのお祝いをするときにはもってこいのお店ですね♫⠀ ⠀ ということで、本当に素敵なタイ料理屋さんでした！価格も比較的お手頃なので、大切な人との大切なときにぜひ利用されてみてはいかがでしょうか？⠀ ⠀ 本日はご馳走様でした！コップンカー🙏⠀ ⠀ ご一緒した方⠀ @akanemameakane さん⠀ @goo2monster さん⠀ @gyoranzaka さん⠀ ⠀ __⠀ 飯田橋・神楽坂を中心に色んなところで、食べ歩きをしています。食べることが好きな方、気軽にDM下さい。ぜひ一緒に巡りましょう。⠀ __⠀ ⠀ 【店舗詳細】 ⠀ ◻️⠀ 店名：サイアムヘリテイジ東京⠀ 住所：東京都千代田区丸の内1-5-1 新丸の内ビルディング 6F...
