Would only recommend if you don’t want to leave hotel.

Wasn’t feeling well so didn’t want to venture outside to grab dinner. This place wasn’t advertised by the hotel at all. I only found it on the way to 7-11 to pick up some food.

As a hotel guest, you have access to a discounted meal set menu. I got the Kushiyaki set that comes with a small appetizer, sashimi set, chawanmushi, and 5 yakitori skewers.

Everything was decent. The yakitori is not bad, but definitely not high quality, the meat is a bit smelly.

The place charge a 10% service charge but service is not up to par at all. I have to ask for tea refill every time. At one point, no one walk by near my section for 15 minutes so I can’t even...

カタログギフトでフレンチのお店を選んだが、休業中とのことでこちらへ。 フレンチフルコースの券だったが、出てきたのは遊膳というお安いコース。

平日は女性限定で2800円というだけあり、メニューを見ただけで失望した。電話で妻が予約した時はホームページのものより多くなるとの話があったらしいが、特に何も変わっていなかったし、まさかこんなコースがでてくるとは。 そもそもコースですらないし、お弁当ランチみたいなものだった。まとめて料理が出てきた時は驚いた。 フレンチフルコースのはずがなんでこんなことに？？ これがこのホテルの考え方なんだとよくわかりました。 配膳も最初のスパークリングのボトルを大きな音を立てて置いたりで不安になりましたが、案の定、最後の甘味を食べてリラックスしてるところになってからカタログの券を取りに来たりとよくわからないタイミング。わざわざカーテン開けて聴きに来なくても、最初に聞くか、他のタイミングで聞けばいいのでは？ ちなみに甘味の梨もガサガサしていて全く美味しくなかった・・。

ご飯はべちゃべちゃだし、のってるシラスもしょっぱ過ぎ。お年寄りでもここまで柔らかくなくていいのでは？盛り付けてずっと放っておいたのか？ いただいたカタログを調べたら約18,000円のものだったようで、こんな使い方になってしまい送ってくれた人に本当に申し訳なく思う。 こんなものしか出てこないなら、ここは現金で払ってせめて他のものに使えばよかったとすら思う。気持ちを無駄にしてしまったような気分。 西武グループとは、親族が昔から株主なので野球も含めて長いお付き合いをしてきましたが、もう終わりでいいかなと思います。

追記 6700円のコースと返信いただきましたが、あの内容でこの値段だとしたら、尚更値段に見合わないにも程があると感じました。フレンチの代替としてはむしろ良いコースを提供してる...
