Torisoba Zagin KITTE Marunouchi — Restaurant in Tokyo

I visited this ramen shop and encountered a really frustrating issue with their seating rules. There were three people ahead of me waiting for a whole table, and I noticed a single empty spot at the counter. I checked with the three people first, and they were totally fine with me taking that single seat. But the staff still asked me to step out and wait—even though the spot was empty! I had to stand outside until the three people got their full table, and only after they sat down did the staff put a glass of water on that single seat（the same）and finally let me in.

It’s such a shame they’re so inflexible with their seating. There was a clear empty spot for a single customer, yet they stuck rigidly to some rule instead of adjusting. The staff themselves were polite and hardworking, but the lack of flexibility really ruined my...

A great place to stop for ramen. The staff was really nice and accommodating. It’s located downstairs (B1 level) in the Kitte building. We ordered at a kiosk, which included an option for an English translation, and then got in-line to wait for a table. We were a large party (5 of us) during peak lunch hours and they very nicely accommodated us with two people at the counter and three at a nearby table. Though there was a language barrier, the staff kindly helped us get the appropriate food and drinks. We had made a mistake while ordering at the kiosk (ordered one too many bowls of ramen) and the staff was very sweet about it.

Now onto the food. It was great! Each of us had a separate bowl of ramen and we were incredibly satisfied. The seasoned egg with the ramen was the best...

I visited Torisoba Zagin in Tokyo and tried both the Tsukemen and the Tori Soba. The flavors were really impressive – the chicken-based broth was rich yet light, very comforting, and the noodles had a nice texture that paired perfectly. The tsukemen dipping sauce was flavorful and balanced, not too salty, and it really brought out the depth of the broth.The atmosphere of the shop was cozy and welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient. Both dishes felt carefully prepared, and you could tell they put a lot of thought into their ingredients and flavors.Overall, it was a great ramen experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique chicken-based ramen...
