I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable at a coffee shop. I made an appointment with a friend there, and he arrived earlier and ordered his drink, but when I showed up to join him, ready to order myself, I was first told, quite coldly, that there are no available seats and that I would have to WAIT OUTSIDE. I didn't really need a seat and was ready to stand next to my friend to keep a conversation, but that was not an option 8-/ Zero apologies offered. Anyway, luckily another customer was leaving so I could finally order a drink and a desert. 1400 yen (a price of a decent lunch in the area). However, after taking for about an hour we were LITERALLY KICKED OUT. Not even a polite suggestion to order another drink. Just literally: "there are other customers waiting. Get out!" ("席譲りください") Zero apologies again. Coffee is decent but ridiculously overpriced, and "good luck" with a service...

We had a meeting with another person and after order and spend sometime time they come and invite us to leave because we spend too much time on the coffee shop (around 2 hours). There was still some available places (2 spaces to be more specific) and one lady waiting outside (don't know the reason if there are two empty spaces). Anyway the invite us to leave and of course to never comeback. Bad experience overall...there's a nice Starbucks near by (we didn't know in advance). Saza...
