Think we got a fair price at this stall. They apparently gave discounts since we were there early (about 4:30 pm). All in all, our damage was RM272 for 1 lobster (about 900g), 2 medium-sized crabs, 2 big tiger prawns, a plate of vegetables (Kangkong), 4 types of drinks and 2 bowls of rice. Perhaps one can get cheaper, but I think the price was still fair. Latok was priced separately at RM10 (this one, I think, was a tad marked up, or it was prepared for 2 pax instead of 1, anyway we wanted to try it out). The dishes from our choice of seafood were prepared well. Really liked the crabs in salted egg sauce and the half portion of lobster cooked in butter. Yummy.

So-so food. The 3 rasa gravy was cold with very little veggies. Taste also not that great. But one thing i’d like to focus is that their service. They have their annoying way to push customers into their stall. But the treatment wasn’t the best either. One of the side dish we ordered came out late (which was a mood disturbance). The group come after us got the same dishes on thier table TWICE. Lastly the lady at the counter please focus and respect other people time. Too much interruptions while we just want to pay your weird and horrible service.

We had dinner at this place, and since our hotel is nearby, it's within walking distance. The shop is well-maintained, and the waitstaff are friendly. The seafood prices are negotiable; you can simply ask them to lower the price, and they are willing and able to accommodate. The quality of the cooking is satisfactory, and overall, our experience was positive. This is definitely a restaurant worth considering for dinner in the Todak Waterfront area.

OVERPRICED, TASTELESS & DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING! This was, without a doubt, one of the worst seafood dining experiences my friends and I have ever had. There were 10 of us, and we were shocked by the pricing and quality. The smallest lobster was priced at RM135 — outrageous, considering you can get a similar one for around RM100 at Anjung Kinabalu Night Market Seafood, located at the other end of the seafood strip.

The steamed lemon fish had a strange, bland taste. The squid was overcooked and tasted burnt, while the vegetables were poorly prepared and unpleasant. We even requested the butter cream squid to be redone, but the second attempt was just as disappointing — still tasteless and nowhere near the creamy, flavourful butter squid we're familiar with.

Overall, the food was overpriced and not worth the money. If you're looking for quality seafood, skip this place. We strongly recommend heading to Anjung Kinabalu Night Market Seafood or the stalls at the far end of the row. Avoid this restaurant and any of the Todak...
