Crowd99 Suria Shopping Mall — Restaurant in Borneo

Disappointed on the avocado shaved ice dessert that I had at an outlet in Suria Shopping Mall.

Firstly, the dessert was overwhelmingly sweet due to an excessive amount of sweetened milk. Additionally, I found pieces of avocado skin mixed into the shaved ice, which is unacceptable in terms of food preparation and presentation. The avocado itself also had a sour, acidic taste, indicating that it was overripe and not suitable for serving.

When I brought this up to the staff and requested some additional shaved ice to balance the sweetness, I was told that the sweetness level is fixed and that I would need to pay an extra Rm0.50 for more ice. I find it unreasonable to charge extra just to make an overly sweet dessert more palatable.

In an attempt to balance the flavor, I then asked for iced water, but I was informed that your store does not offer it—only room temperature water. This is surprising and quite frankly, ridiculous for a dessert shop that specializes in cold treats and drinks. How can a place serving shaved ice not have...

One of the worse desert I ever ate. The ice melted under 1 min into liquid, with underwhelming toppings. Add on mango that cost rm5 and it has no taste to it like zero sweetness mango.
