Ordered my drinks from Foodpanda & they didnt include a receipt. Once I go there to request a receipt the next day, without even thinking of any solution, straight away said no & yesterday receipt cant be printed. Have the courage to asked customers with snobby face “whats the receipt for? you want to claim?”,

lucky I worked with Foodpanda machine before knowing past receipt can be printed, however the other workers tried to fool me, asking me to print the receipt but didnt include the receipt paper in the machine. Once I requested the paper, Im the one printing my own receipt

Firstly, untrained and incompetent staff who are completely unaware of on-going promotions. The staff had to make a call for about 10 mins just to check on whether the promotion is valid, despite the fact that the promotion appears on the ZUS app.

Secondly, terms and conditions of the promotion explicitly states available at all outlets, except for the named outlets. It doesn’t however state that it is not applicable at the outlets in shopping malls. Therefore, the terms and conditions are unclear....

To this Zus outlet owner, if you keep your current workers, you will get many more bad reviews for sure. Came today at 1.40PM to get my coffee, staff did not event attend me and kept talking on the phone, without having the courtesy to inform anything. Left with frustration after waiting for MORE THAN 5 MINS without being attended. Killed my mood today, remind your workers this is not their business, but will affect your business.
