VERY VERY surprised at the 4.8 stars.

I came because of the 4.8 stars. As it is, it's in a dodgy location and when I arrived to an empty restaurant, felt some red flags, but eh, 4.8 stars. Give it a chance lah.

The staff weren't friendly, gave us only 2 side dishes then told us that the side dishes are not free refill and need to be charged rm5 for each bowl.

First time at a Korean bbq restaurant that I was told that banchan can't be refilled.

Am wondering if they're only attentive to tourists?

Service was non existent. Staff brought the grill out and left us to grill on our own, then just completely disappeared. Mind you, we were the only customers.

No real issue, cos I don't mind grilling on my own, but again, other posts show that the staff helped them grill. Staff pretended they couldn't hear us when we asked for assistance.

Food was OK. Nothing to shout out for. Cuts of meat didnt feel up to par

Only 2 ban chan and told no free refill of banchan. And the ban chan was only OK, not up to par.

Place is tiny, cramped and has no ventilation.

Going through other reviews, I see some posts with 4 side dishes and mentioned refillable banchans.

Not entirely sure the discrepancy here but first and last time coming here.

4.8 stars is a total, complete rip off and disappointment. Not a hidden gem at all.

With so many other korean BBQ places in KK, this place is 100% a miss.

I'm guessing the stars are from tourists who don't know any better. Or that the staff are only friendly...
