“KAU LA PIGI AKU PENAT NI”
We visited the store on 29th June at around 9 AM. We waited in front of the entrance to be seated, but there was no staff member in sight, nor did anyone seem to notice us. Eventually, we decided to walk in ourselves, and only then were we greeted by a staff member.
When placing our order, we mentioned that we wanted to takeaway. However, before we could explain further, the staff immediately told us to go to the cashier and said we weren’t allowed to sit. At that point, we hadn’t even looked at the menu yet. So, we ended up ordering just two drinks — for dine-in, but in takeaway cups — so we could sit and chat for a while before leaving.
Unfortunately, the drinks took far too long to be prepared. We had to approach the staff again to ask whether the drinks sitting on the bar were ours. Before that we noticed two female staff pointing at us but not taking any action, which prompted us to double-check. I even asked, “Are customers supposed to collect their own drinks?” The staff responded that for takeaways, yes, customers need to collect them themselves. However, we clarified that we had initially requested to dine in but just wanted the drinks in takeaway packaging so we could leave easily later. The staff then apologized, which we accepted—perhaps he had misheard us earlier.
When it was time to pay, we witnessed something quite unprofessional: two staff members were seen pushing the responsibility to each other, saying things like “kau la pigi aku penat ni,” and neither of them attended to us. In the end, another staff member came over to assist us.
Honestly, this kind of service is disappointing and unprofessional. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff training and customer...

The Server : needs training as they have no manners, no clue what they are doing and when asked a simple question "Are there mayo in the dish as i have allergy?" They look at me and my family with distained and annoyance that i was affraid they would put mayo regardless of allergy. Yes, we told them in both english and malay. Hell, we can even tell them in Chinese if they require it.
I do have to admit, there is one experience server who was trying hard but that one man show won't help in a crowded restaurant.
THE FOOD: Instant mash potato Terrible bread batter for everything thats fried.( Very odd taste) Notice other table having same reaction. My Rib eye steak died 10000 times in their hand. Over powering sauce that kills off the beef. Tough as hell that even a grown ass man used his full strength to cut the meat. ( RIP teeth) Salad was ok. Just ok. Grilled chicken was soft and tender BUT the same sauce on the beef is on the chicken. Its sad. Don't get the calamari. Just don't.
Drinks: Its confusing to say... Its like a roulette. You can get a good batch or a missing one.
Conclusion: Go try it when ur not hungry. Avoid the steak. Avoid the calamari. Avoid fried bread items. Dont spent too much. You'll be sad.
Not worth it. The money spent is sad and the staff service make is feel worse.
Go here if your in the mood to feel...
Read moreI am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received. The experience was far below expectations, marked by disorganization and poor communication. The server took orders without following a first-come, first-served system, leading to unnecessary delays and confusion. To make matters worse, I was informed that my order was ready much later than it actually was.
Additionally, they failed to inform me when certain items were out of stock, and I had to ask about each item individually to find out what was no longer available. The servers were also constantly moving tables back and forth to accommodate larger groups, creating unnecessary noise and making the environment chaotic.
To add to the frustration, the cutlery box was not properly stocked, and I repeatedly had to request basic utensils like spoons, forks, and knives. I’m not sure what the purpose of having a cutlery box is if the staff doesn’t ensure it’s properly filled.
Lastly, the sirloin steak I ordered was incredibly tough and difficult to eat, more like chewing gum than a proper steak. It was far from enjoyable and added to the overall disappointment.
This kind of disorganized and inconsiderate approach to service is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to consider alternative options unless significant improvements are made.
P/s: The only good thing is the price of each menu can...
