Nunuk Ragang Hotel @ Kota Kinabalu — Hotel in Borneo

The only thing good here is the location of this hotel.

Cons: 1- Located right above club/bar. You cant sleep until 1am cuz it’s bloody noisy.

2- Near to the main road it’s so noisy. This hotel doesn’t have soundproof glass.

3- During my stay, we dont have water so they gave us a pail and a dozen of water bottle - which i requested to at least give this to do our things.

4- the room is so small - with no Tv. But their picture shows with tv. When asked, the receptionist said the new owner asked to remove all the TVs.

5- please note that this hotel doesn’t have parking lot u have to find for ur self which in my case, i had to park somewhere else and took Grab to come to the hotel because this hotel location is near to Gaya Road and many bars so u will expect traffic around here and less parking.

Everything goes so smooth until guest information leaked to other people. Whether you know or just knowing a little bit about some people, doesn’t mean u can freely share to your friend etc, isn’t that a hotel policy? I’m giving service 5 ⭐ it’s because that what I felt when coming in, and the 1 start after knowing some information is leaked during my check in. Please improved and don’t repeat this again since this is regarding guest privacy. After sleeping in a very awful place the first night in town, walking around the nicest area of this city I saw the Atkinson and went in to ask for rates and availability about the rooms. The receptionist was such a kind person, he showed me the room and I was surprised how cozy and comfy it was even if tiny, with a private bathroom, water, boiler and coffee available.
